Heklar was a very pure Goblin. He had perfectly inherited all the Goblins' finest traits: greed, cunning, madness, and a love of explosions.
Ever since his master had chosen him as the new CEO of the Goblin group under his command, Heklar had been desperately eager to prove himself to Divine Venerable.
Thus, the entire Heklar Consortium entered an extremely frenzied state. They knew that their master was very interested in explosives and all manner of large war machines. So Heklar poured the vast majority of their research funds into all kinds of bombs, firearms, and massive machines.
The Heklar Consortium's headquarters lay in northern Darkshore, a heavily polluted, utterly unaesthetic Goblin-style town made entirely of tin can buildings. The sounds of explosions here seemed never to have stopped, not even for a single minute.
In the massive workshop at the center of town, steam swirled everywhere, while the smell of engine oil and gunpowder permeated the air. All sorts of Goblin-engineered products were piled haphazardly around the workshop. At its very center stood a large engineering construct, still only half-finished. This was Heklar's latest design, and his greatest gamble to leave a deep impression on his master and earn his appreciation and trust.
"Boss! The third batch of Super Safe Big Bombs and disposable Rocket Launchers has been completed! Should we increase production?" A Goblin Engineer ran over and asked Heklar, who was personally supervising the work in the workshop.
"Add two more production lines! I want the daily output of bombs and Rocket Launchers to reach more than five thousand!"
"Yes, Boss! I'm on it, Boss!"
Heklar turned his gaze back to his design, his eyes filled with incomparable fervor.
It was a black steel construct resembling an enlarged wheel, its surface covered in densely packed sharp iron
