Yota escaped Konoha, built a life in Drum Kingdom, and joined Ace’s Spade Pirates as their doctor. After the crew was swept to Wano Country, Yota helped Tama awaken Chakra and joined Ace in planning a raid for food, while quietly considering Udon Prison.

• Yota fled the Naruto World after graduating early, reached Drum Island, and stole the Munch-Munch Fruit and treasure from the royal castle.
• Yota helped bring down Wapol, stayed in Drum Kingdom under King Dalton, and spent five years developing his medical skills with Jack and Dr. Kureha.
• Yota joined Ace’s Spade Pirates as their doctor after healing Deuce and Chopper with his Munch-Munch Fruit.
• Yota bought ninjutsu and medical scrolls in the Naruto World, then helped Ace fight two Vice Admirals and used Ace’s physical data to improve his own potential.
• Ace refused the Marines’ offer to become a Shichibukai, and the crew sailed toward the Red Hair Pirates before a storm carried them to Wano Country.
• Ace and Yota reached Amigasa Village, where Yota helped Tama awaken Chakra and gave her a secret-scroll of the Three-Body Technique.
• With the Spade Pirates short on food, Yota and Ace set out to raid supplies from the Beasts Pirates and Kurozumi Orochi, while Yota began considering a plan involving Udon Prison.

Yota helped Ace and Yamato escape Kaido’s reach, then joined them in the Whitebeard Pirates and healed Whitebeard before war erupted between Whitebeard and Kaido’s alliance. The arc left Yota fighting alongside Whitebeard’s sons as the battle tilted in their favor.

• Yota helped Ace defeat Black Maria, steal treasure and Devil Fruits from Kaido’s vault, and free Yamato from her explosive Sea Stone handcuffs.
• Kaido learned Yamato had escaped and sent the Beasts Pirates after the Spade Pirates, but Yota and Yamato fought off Queen and Jack while Ace drove King away.
• After meeting the Red Hair Pirates, Ace fought Jinbe and then challenged Whitebeard, who defeated him and welcomed him into his crew.
• Yota surrendered to Marco, healed Ace and Yamato, and later joined the Fourth Division before becoming Whitebeard’s adopted son by restoring his health.
• The Beasts Pirates and Big Mom Pirates joined forces against Whitebeard, and Whitebeard and Kaido clashed while their crews began fighting at sea.
• Yota and Yamato helped unleash a massive boiling tsunami that devastated the Beasts Pirates’ forces, while Whitebeard’s side gained the advantage.
• Yota used a substitution to stop Jack from falling off the ice, then struck him into the sea with Thousand Years of Death.

Yota gained the Dark-Dark Fruit, raided Konoha during the Nine-Tails’ attack, and later seized Nagato’s Rinnegan before taking control of Akatsuki’s direction. The arc left Yota and Nagato at Loulan, where Queen Sara warned them that breaking the Dragon Vein’s seal could destroy Rōran.

• Whitebeard defeated Kaido and captured the Big Mom Pirates, while Yota declined a commander position and attacked the Dire Wolf Pirates.
• Yota ate the Dark-Dark Fruit, learned he could return to the Naruto World, and later entered Konoha as the Black Shadow Ninja.
• During the Nine-Tails’ attack, Yota swallowed Root’s headquarters and much of Konoha, took the Scroll of Seals and Hashirama Cells, and escaped with Kushina and Fugaku’s Sharingan.
• Yota spent two years modifying his body and training, then told Jiraiya about Obito, Nagato, and the plan behind the Infinite Tsukuyomi.
• Yota defeated Pain’s Six Paths, captured Nagato and Jiraiya, replaced his eyes with the Rinnegan, and healed Nagato by removing his Rinnegan.
• Yota impersonated Nagato and declared his intention to take control of Akatsuki, while Obito grew wary of the Black Shadow Ninja and Jiraiya identified him as Yota.
• Yota and Nagato traveled to Loulan to investigate the Dragon Vein, but Queen Sara warned that breaking its seal could destroy Rōran and kill whoever opened it.

Yota expanded Akatsuki, freed Neji from the Hyuga Caged Bird Curse Mark, and strengthened himself and Orochimaru while preparing for the war between Konoha and Kumogakure. After Kumogakure abducted Hinata and mutilated her in experiments, Yota devastated much of the village while searching for her Byakugan.

• Sara joined Akatsuki after Yota left Rōran with her and Nagato, and Kakuzu later joined after Obito defeated him.
• Yota defeated Orochimaru, Tsunade, Jiraiya, and the Konoha forces, then recruited Orochimaru and used his abilities to win Hizashi Hyuga’s loyalty.
• Yota removed Neji’s Caged Bird Curse Mark and reunited him with Hizashi, then helped Orochimaru treat Jugo and transformed Orochimaru with Hashirama Cells and Jugo’s physique.
• Pain introduced Sasori to Akatsuki as Konoha and Kumogakure moved toward war, and Yota accepted Konoha’s commission to intervene for payment.
• Yota agreed to help Hizashi rescue Hinata, and he and Sara infiltrated Kumogakure’s underground laboratory, where they found Hinata mutilated and missing her Byakugan.
• Yota absorbed the laboratory’s prisoners and test subjects, then fought through Kumogakure’s forces and demanded to know where the Byakugan was hidden.
• Yota unleashed Dark Tree World Descent across nearly half of Kumogakure, drained the ninjas caught in the black forest, and stopped it before it reached ordinary people.
