Fusion Scrolls could be used on two identical equipment items, Creation Energy Stones, or even Hearts of the City. However, no one had ever seen what two fused Creation Energy Stones would become. The effects of fused Hearts of the City, on the other hand, were known—Wushuang City was the best example.
Yan Hua Yi Leng favored using the Fusion Scroll on the Heart of the City, while Breaking Waves Riding Wind preferred using it on Creation Energy Stones. In her view, it could create a super expert, and the rewards such an expert could earn from future competitions would more than justify the cost of the Creation Energy Stones and the scroll.
