Background / History
Misty Pavilion began as a comparatively underfunded studio with fewer members and weaker professions, skills, and equipment than major guilds. Yan Hua Yi Leng’s tournament betting analysis was an important early source of income. 606
The guild initially recruited only female players because its members feared male players could bully or displace them. It later expanded its recruitment and developed into a mixed-gender organization. 931
When choosing an early town, Misty Pavilion selected Luoshui Town for its mountains, ancient forests, rivers, plentiful monsters, and scenic environment. 99 It later expanded through subordinate guilds, including Misty Maiden Alliance, under a unified management model designed to create, develop, and eventually sell guilds for profit. 525
Its development shifted from relying on recruitment to cultivating internal experts. Misty Pavilion sent promising players to challenging areas such as Fog Hidden Mountain to improve their reaction speed and operational ability while collecting high-grade materials. 1426

- The guild’s structure includes multiple branch guilds, allowing it to accommodate and manage a far larger player population than a single guild could hold. 564
- Misty Pavilion prioritizes retaining cultivated talent by giving developing players guidance from established experts such as Ye Luo and Jian Liu. 1426
Military Strength
Cavalry
- Misty Pavilion’s Cavalry is regarded as the strongest in China’s gaming scene. 1573

- Flying archers became a major force after the guild acquired large quantities of [Flight] skill books. 2392
Mage and Ranged Forces
- Mages are among Misty Pavilion’s most numerous professions and form a principal source of its large-scale damage output. 1426 1719
- Its Mage legion benefits from the Dragon Commander Set and later a quasi-Ancient God Grade Mage set. 721 1437
- The archer-exclusive Misty Set was intended to turn the guild’s more than 100,000 archers into “mobile artillery platforms.” 1426
