Itachi's Rebirth, Senya's Resolve!

Joining the village was to protect the clan. Senya's words woke Itachi up. That was indeed true; he knew the clan's history as well.

But what Shisui had said afterward, along with Senya's deliberate pause, meant something different from what he had understood. Could Shisui have meant that they should protect both the village and the clan at the same time?

Itachi's heart began to crumble completely.

Itachi recalled everything from before. He had not stopped Shisui from taking his own life. Whenever there was any new movement within the clan, he reported it to the Third Hokage and Danzo.

He had even monitored the clansmen for them. If Senya had not woken him up, would he not have slaughtered the entire clan and walked the path of a Rogue Ninja...?

"Itachi, think about your past. The clan sent you to infiltrate the Anbu, yet you became Danzo and Hiruzen's spy instead. You were disloyal."

"You let Shisui kill himself before your very eyes. You watched him choose the wrong path. Toward your friend, you were unrighteous."

"You attacked your clansmen. That was inhumane."

"You betrayed the expectations your father, Fugaku, had for you. You even did the opposite of what he wanted and questioned him, only to nearly be brainwashed by Hiruzen and Danzo. You were unfilial!"

Four accusations were passed down upon him: disloyal, unrighteous, inhumane, and unfilial.

Itachi Uchiha's defenses have broken. Replicate Eternal Mangekyo Sharingan?

The system's voice rang in Senya's mind.

Senya was already laughing inwardly. He had expected to copy an ocular technique, but he had gotten half of an Eternal Eye instead! Did that not mean that once Uchiha Sasuke awakened the Mangekyo in the future, Senya only needed to make a slight move to awaken the Eternal Eye directly?

Since he had no siblings, Senya had thought he would need to find Orochimaru and work with him to awaken the Eternal Eye. He had not expected the system to be so reliable.

Itachi rose to his feet and wiped the bloody tears from his face. His gaze gradually became resolute.

"Father, you're right. I cannot disappoint the clansmen, cannot disappoint Shisui, who is gone, cannot disappoint you, and even more so, cannot disappoint Sasuke!"

The "Will of Fire" and "Uchiha threat theory" that Shimura Danzō and Hiruzen Sarutobi had instilled in Uchiha Itachi shattered at that moment.

Senya silently told himself those words.

His parents' meticulous care since childhood, the uncle and aunt who sold flatbread in the clan, the retired uncle at the ninja tool shop.

As he recalled every little moment of his sixteen years within the clan, he realized it was completely different from the anime of his previous life. The Uchiha clan was merely a little proud, but as long as one treated them sincerely, one could feel the affection they held for each other.

Senya watched the father and son getting along harmoniously now, smiled knowingly, and quietly left.
