Following Shisui's death, Senya becomes a central figure in the Uchiha clan's internal crisis. His Mangekyō Sharingan wins him overwhelming clan support, yet he rejects Fugaku's offer to become clan head. He instead serves as Vice Clan Leader while confronting Itachi over the latter's stance toward the clan. 5 6

During the conflict with Root, Senya fights alongside Fugaku and Itachi against Danzō and a Seven-Tails-controlled Naruto. He blocks a Tailed Beast Bomb with Susanoo and seals Naruto using Sengetsu's chains. 51
