Origin of the Voidlings

According to Aurelles, the Voidlings were a fairly ancient race. Their overall strength was decent, but they had never had much of a presence.

However, if you deeply analyzed this race from its origins, from the moment of its birth, you would discover that its lack of presence... was truly astonishing!

Voidlings were not native inhabitants of the Void, but natives of the real world. Their original physical structures, viewed from a microscopic perspective, were no different from other creatures across the worlds—they were all made of matter. Their current forms, clouds of smoke wrapped in bandages, had been entirely transformed by the Void.

But honestly, their transformation had never been anyone deliberately targeting them!

Back then, after the Void Lords expanded the hole, they focused solely on finding a suitable vessel to possess so they could truly set foot in the real world. Thus, all their attention went toward the Great Old One cultivation plan and the plan to lead Titan brats astray.

After Sargeras discovered the threat of the Void, he immediately reported it to the Pantheon. But Aman'Thul, leader of the Titans, made a decision Sargeras found far too indecisive to accept. So he transformed into a fallen Titan, formed the Burning Legion, and began wiping out his own kind and killing children to prove his path!

From the very beginning, the supreme powers representing the two worlds had never regarded mortals as anything important. They had never even looked at them, caring only about carrying out their own plans and achieving their own goals.

Oh, a quick aside: Sargeras seemed to undergo a subtle change after the Burning Legion's first failed invasion of Azeroth.
