Northern mountain range of Mint City

Bang—

The floating screen of light shattered the instant the Purple Radiance emerged. Before the three of them, the radiant barrier cast down by the dazzling colors connecting heaven and earth also began to tremble violently.

"It's the power of a god." Old Man beside them raised his head, his gaze passing through the barrier of light toward the city of light and shadow beyond it, behind the brilliant radiance. His eyes lowered.

"This barrier doesn't seem very stable anymore." Levi raised his head, looking at the barrier before him as he spoke slowly.

Hearing this, Old Man paused slightly. He glanced at Levi beside him and smiled. "You aren't afraid of gods?"

"Afraid," Levi said casually. "But it's useless. If they succeed, we'll probably all die."

"The stability of this barrier hasn't suffered any fundamental damage yet." Old Man withdrew his gaze rather than continuing the subject. He raised a hand and lightly tapped the air. Faint yellow radiance spilled out from the barrier.

"This barrier is that sturdy? Not even divine power can break the balance within it?" Levi frowned slightly. "That doesn't really fit the principles of mysticism."

"The god inside is probably deliberately avoiding damage to the seal." Old Man looked up at the continuous glow of the city within the barrier and the faint Purple Radiance covering it. "That is the power of a god."

"So when do we charge in?" The bald man behind them poked his head out.

"I'm afraid we'll have to wait a little longer." Levi frowned slightly as he watched the yellow radiance framework
