"The target's income should be fairly high," the short man on the left said hoarsely. "Why would he live in a slum like this?"

"According to our information, his income is high, but so are his expenses," the tall man lowered his voice. "He applied for personal bankruptcy long ago. He demands cash payments for all his income, and with a credit score like his, he basically can't rent housing from the corporations."

"But even if he can't rent corporate housing, private landlords should still be willing to rent to him as long as he pays enough," the short man on the right said doubtfully. "Why come live in a place like this?"

"Enough. Don't ask so many questions," the tall man snorted. "Just follow the original plan."
