The dim night shrouded the clamorous city, while sudden, fierce gunfire echoed through the silent streets.
Amidst this dangerous uproar, the monsters converging on the high-rise building kept falling one after another.
Standing in the lofty office, Ke Duo pulled aside the curtain beside the desk and looked down at the seemingly endless horde of monsters pouring in from the city below.
Flickering headlights seemed to be approaching in the distance. In this pitch-black city, there still seemed to be people who had not yet gathered together, fleeing through the streets like headless flies as they avoided the monsters.
"How's the situation?"
Ke Duo picked up the Walkie-Talkie and pressed the transmit button.
