Dim sunlight fell over the tops of pale green temporary tents that filled the square. A tall woman in professional attire stood on a platform nearby, her gaze sweeping across the tents.

A young woman with Central Land features jogged up onto the platform, panting as she handed a document to the tall woman. "All evacuation arrangements have been made. The evacuation in southern Ika Republic has been completed."
