The next morning, Hogwarts Castle was exceptionally lively. Everyone was whispering about last night's "Toad Mark." People had also discovered slogans such as "Anti-Toad Alliance" scrawled on the walls near the Entrance Hall, instantly igniting everyone's curiosity.

Many students believed Fred and George had done it. They were equally shocked by the twins' audacity, yet secretly delighted. Fred and George had done what they had always been too afraid to do. Many people desperately wanted to join the fight against Dolores Umbridge; although they still only talked about it, they remained eager to discuss such matters.

Some students tried to pry more detailed information out of Albert. They even guessed that Albert might have been involved, because otherwise, where would Fred and George have found the courage and confidence to oppose Umbridge?

Really, anyone with a functioning brain could have figured it out without much effort.

Take the Toad statue at the Entrance Hall, for example. Even the Ministry of Magic's Curse-Breaking team had racked their brains and failed to destroy or remove it. That alone showed how high the magical ability of its creator was. It was clearly beyond Fred and George's abilities. It could only have been Albert, because the professors at the school obviously would not do something like that.

What surprised everyone most was that the school had barely reacted to it. Umbridge had even mysteriously skipped all of her Defence Against the Dark Arts classes that morning.

Later, everyone learned why.

It turned out that Umbridge had been strung upside down on the Quidditch Pitch by a spell the previous night and left to endure the wind all night. In the end, Snape had personally gone to rescue her, and their new headmistress was now lying in the Hospital Wing.

It was undoubtedly a provocation
