"Is there a gathering later?"
Angelina brought the freshly baked egg cakes to the table, preparing for the afternoon tea.
"No, I have other things to do this afternoon."
Albert took an egg cake and tried it, only to find it was filled with cheese. His eyebrows rose slightly.
As Aaliyah poured hot water into the teapot, her eyes widened. She looked Albert up and down and could not help asking, "Then what are you doing here today?"
"You make it sound as though I only come over for gatherings."
After thanking her, Albert took the black tea Shanna handed him and sipped it lightly.
"Well, I usually only see you at gatherings."
Angelina counted on her fingers, seemingly tallying how many times Albert had shown up that month.
"Ahem, I brought over the spoils you collected recently." Albert waved his wand, conjuring a leather case out of thin air. Smiling, he said, "If I'm not welcome, I'll be on my way."
