Percy, who had just returned to his bedroom to fetch the drafts before heading to the temporary office, suddenly stopped and turned to look at the crowd packed into the corridor outside the meeting room. He frowned. "What are you all doing crammed in here?"

"They're curious about what Albert is discussing with Harry, Hermione, and Ron."

After bringing tea and pastries to the group waiting outside, Fleur casually asked, "How long have they been in there?"

"Nearly half an hour," George said, glancing at his pocket watch.

"What do you think could be in Gringotts that's worth risking their lives for?"

"No idea."

Ginny was more concerned about Harry's safety. Though she knew some things might be unavoidable, she could not help worrying.

"Don't expect to overhear anything. Albert would never let you know."

Percy felt that instead of crowding around here waiting for information they would never get, they would be better off doing something more meaningful, such as preparing for the upcoming Battle of Hogwarts.

They had clearly reached the most critical moment, yet he, someone who was not even an Auror, had to finish the scripts for the pre-battle rally meeting all by himself.

No, rather, this had originally been Kingsley's job. But Kingsley was currently abroad, running around for the final battle, which meant most matters had fallen to Percy.

"Aren't you curious at all?"

"Just keep this sort of thing buried in your heart. Don't spread it around."

"Tch!"

Although they had forgiven Percy for his "betrayal," they still found him terribly boring.

"You should be preparing for the coming Battle of Hogwarts." Percy looked disdainfully at the useless lot before him and said reproachfully, "Or are you planning to make no preparations at all and charge headlong into the bloody Wizarding War?"
