The Transfiguration Club gathering lasted until nine in the evening before Albert returned to the Gryffindor Common Room with Fielder and Beck.

The dormitory was pitch-black. Fred and George had not returned yet, and Lee Jordan had vanished off somewhere too. Albert was alone.

After lighting the candlestick on the table, Albert carried the teapot to the lounge. He planned to make himself a cup of milk tea as a reward. Tonight's Transfiguration Club meeting had cost the brain-working Albert quite a few brain cells.

There were always two large teapots in the Gryffindor Common Room. During winter, the house-elves provided Gryffindor students with warm water.

If students wanted tea, they could put the pot in the fireplace and boil it themselves.

Of course, older students only needed to wave their wands to use magic to heat the water in the teapot.

A few minutes later, Albert returned to the dormitory carrying the boiled teapot. He took a tin from his trunk, filled with milk tea powder. The milk tea made with the stuff was only passable, but he did not particularly care and prepared himself a cup.

Albert looked around, his gaze landing on a teacup atop the cabinet. He took it over and washed it clean, poured in some milk tea powder, added a sugar cube, then poured in boiling water and stirred it contentedly with a spoon.
