Power Progression
| Stage / Realm / Level | Chapter | Notes |
|---|---|---|
| Standard Chunin | 2 | Began with Chunin-level Chakra and limited combat stamina; could maintain his Sharingan for roughly seventy minutes only when using it for low-consumption game creation. |
| System physical enhancement | 3 | Completing the beginner quest granted a 10% increase to all body attributes; because Chakra combines physical and spiritual energy, his Chakra volume rose by at least 20%. |
| One-Tomoe Sharingan | 2, 28 | His baseline Sharingan state; the clan initially believed his Genjutsu Game was an anomalous Mangekyo-like ability manifesting despite this limited eye evolution. |
| Two-Tomoe Sharingan | 43 | Upgraded after he exchanged System rewards for a Spirit Power Enhancement Potion. |
| Three-Tomoe Sharingan / Jōnin | 113, 114 | Reached the conventional peak of the Sharingan, greatly expanding his Spiritual Network’s signal range and making him a true Jōnin capable of dealing with ordinary Jōnin. |
| Eternal Mangekyō Sharingan | 271 | A Super Stamina Potion triggered a direct evolution from Three-Tomoe to Eternal Mangekyō, bypassing the ordinary Mangekyō stage and massively increasing his Yin Release Chakra. |
| Spiritual Network: maximum level | 470 | His Spiritual Network reached its level cap; a System quest instead awarded Quality Projection Mastery, advancing his Imaginary Materialization capabilities. |
Background
Uchiha Qi was formerly a game designer on Earth before transmigrating into the Ninja World. His memories of his prior life remained intact, preserving his experience in game planning and development. He spent eighteen years in the Ninja World, training as a shinobi for fourteen of them, but remained constrained by poor bloodline talent and Chunin-level Chakra. 2
Born into an Uchiha branch family, Qi was considered a disappointing ninja by his clan. The Uchiha screened children deemed insufficiently talented into non-ninja careers; Qi refused that route, received only basic resources, and was dismissed as mediocre alongside Uchiha Obito. 20
After receiving a game-making System, Qi built game-development software through his Sharingan and created his first deliberately punishing “Hellish Game.” Completing the beginner mission rewarded him with a physical enhancement, proving that System rewards could strengthen him in the Ninja World. 2 3
His Genjutsu Game became his route out of obscurity. Uchiha Fugaku’s repeated deaths within it demonstrated both its ability to generate Emotional Value and its potential to stimulate Sharingan awakening and evolution. The Uchiha Clan subsequently reversed its treatment of Qi, provided him special privileges and guards, and eventually appointed him Grand Elder. 14 20 46 50
Personality
Qi is pragmatic, calculating, and highly conscious of his own limitations. He does not consider himself a combat prodigy and generally avoids exposing himself to danger, preferring to operate from secure locations, use allies’ strengths, and employ Shadow Clones or Puppet Clones for hazardous assignments. 272 341
His strategic ability is rooted in knowledge from his previous life, particularly political commentary, online discourse, and game-industry practices. He adapts those ideas to the Ninja World rather than claiming innate omniscience, using games, commerce, public opinion, and mutually beneficial alliances to shift power structures. 30 61 110
Despite his manipulative streak and dark humor, Qi is protective of people he accepts as his own. He prevents Kikyo Uzumaki from being sent back to the Land of Grass, helps Might Duy escape poverty, supports Minato’s growth, and deliberately tries to keep Shisui from following his original tragic path. 17 100 151
Abilities & Skills
Game-Making System
Qi’s System enables him to create games, collect Emotional Value from players’ reactions, obtain Golden Spirit from high-value players, and spend those resources on gacha draws, enhancements, skills, and items. 3 56 57
- Emotional Value is produced by players’ emotional experiences, including frustration, entertainment, fear, and competitive drive. 14 46 57
- Golden Spirit improves the quality of gacha draws and can be generated continuously through competitive games. 56 57
- System rewards raised Qi’s physical attributes, Chakra reserves, stamina, and Spiritual Network capacity. 3 43 71
Sharingan and Eternal Mangekyō Sharingan
Qi’s Sharingan evolved from One-Tomoe to Eternal Mangekyō through System-supported growth rather than the conventional Uchiha path of emotional loss and eye transplantation. 43 114 271
- His Three-Tomoe Sharingan improved perception, Genjutsu resistance, Ninjutsu copying, and Genjutsu casting. 114
- His Genjutsu ability is described as moderate by Uchiha standards—stronger than pre-Mangekyō Sasuke’s but below specialists such as Shisui or Itachi. 114
- Eternal Mangekyō Sharingan dramatically increased the quality and quantity of his Yin Release Chakra while avoiding the usual Dojutsu consumption issues. 271 410
- Qi remains less skilled in direct combat than dedicated combatants such as Minato Namikaze, favoring preparation and unusual mechanics over battlefield improvisation. 272 383
Spiritual Network and Genjutsu Game
Qi’s core invention combines his Sharingan, spiritual power, System support, and Uzumaki sealing techniques into a Genjutsu-based digital network. 31 114
- Creates immersive game worlds that can simulate danger, combat, and death without inflicting real death on players. 14
- Can borrow others’ Dojutsu Power through the Spiritual Network to assist game development and network operation. 31
- The Three-Tomoe upgrade doubled the network’s signal range and increased Qi’s stamina for maintaining games. 114
- His forced Genjutsu Game can reliably affect targets below Jōnin level, but Jōnin-level opponents can break it through resistance; it also fails against stronger Three-Tomoe Sharingan users. 114 218
- He uses the forced-entry effect as a practical identifier of opponents’ strength. 218
Heroic Spirit Manifestation
One of Qi’s Mangekyō abilities manifests Heroic Spirits residing in the Spiritual Network into the real world. 410
- Allows manifested Heroic Spirits to act freely in reality. 410
- Requires Genjutsu Network signal coverage; outside the network, manifested spirits must remain near Qi or lose their connection. 410
- Qi used this power to summon figures including Mito Uzumaki. 366
O-God Startup / Divine Descent
Qi’s right Mangekyō ability converts real targets into “game data,” applying game-like mechanics such as health bars and cooldowns. Its public name is Divine Descent. 273
- Can affect even top-level figures such as Uchiha Madara. 273
- Allows Qi to explore methods for reducing or managing the ability’s cooldown. 273
- Is kept as a hidden trump card; Qi has not publicly used it. 410
Spiritual Resonance
Qi can use Spiritual Resonance in conjunction with his Sharingan to attempt replication of others’ Mangekyō abilities. 92
- He attempted to copy Uchiha Obito’s Kamui. 92
- The attempt failed because Obito had not accumulated sufficient power. 92
- Qi employed replicated Mangekyō-level Dojutsu Power while confronting the Nine-Tails within Kushina Uzumaki. 92
Intestinal Taste Bud Technique
A gold-quality System skill designed for large-scale mental disruption and crowd control. 56 57
- Uses mental energy rather than Chakra. 57
- Has no stated range limit as long as Qi can see the target; he described its sequence as “see, lock on, use, hit.” 57
- Its effect is potent enough for Qi to regard it as a battlefield trump card and life-saving measure. 57
- Qi considers it dangerously destructive and worries that using it openly would make both enemies and allies fear him. 57
- The technique was enhanced through a System skill-enhancement card. 118
Will’s Advent
A dark gold enhanced skill that projects Qi’s will onto qualifying employees. 366
- Enables instant communication, shared vision, and temporary control of an employee’s body. 366
- Requires the target to recognize Qi’s leadership and possess the necessary “employee” identity. 366
- Cannot be used on friends such as Minato, who lack that employee identity despite trusting him. 366
- A possessed employee can receive at most 70% of Qi’s power. 366
Quality Projection Mastery
A late System function that produces tangible projections in reality. 470
- Projects can be physically touched rather than merely viewed. 470
- Full tactile interaction requires supporting equipment such as specialized clothing or gloves. 470
- Qi intends to combine it with his existing powers and Spiritual Network technology. 470
Games and Platforms
- Genjutsu Game — Qi’s foundational immersive game and “secret technique.” Its frightening realism can generate Emotional Value, stimulate the Sharingan, and serve as a training environment. 14 20
- Spectator Mode — An upgrade allowing multiple people to observe one player’s game session. 22
- Ultimate Storm — A localized fighting game with twelve initial characters, character-specific abilities, remote matchmaking, competitive modes, and a Free Mode that lets players scan themselves into balanced Jōnin-level avatars. 152 176
- Ninja World Continent — A game platform whose progression ranks run from Ninja Academy Graduate through Six Paths. Qi later opened its map editor to cultivate player creators and establish a game-development ecosystem. 304
- Spiritual Network learning spaces — Digital environments containing advanced Earth knowledge, including the Great Library used by Minato, Orochimaru, and Sasori. 78 149
Equipment / Items
- First Hokage’s Chakra Necklace — Given to Qi by Tsunade as a symbol of Senju support and trust. 110
- Bulletproof Vest — A thin, camouflage-colored System item wearable beneath ordinary clothing. 57
- Attribute-enhancing potions — Includes stamina and energy potions used to improve his physical reserves and support Sharingan growth. 43 71
- Medical Spray — Instantly heals external injuries. 71
- Puppet Clone — A custom vessel built by Orochimaru and Sasori; it can carry Qi’s will, wield his Eternal Mangekyō at normal Chakra cost, and possesses Nine-Tails Chakra, Dragon Vein energy, and a signal amplifier. 341
Relationships
- Minato Namikaze — Qi’s childhood friend, closest ally, and designated System spokesperson. Qi supports Minato’s intellectual and physical development, while Minato provides exceptional protection and political support. 8 71 86
- Uchiha Fugaku — A key early supporter who tested the Genjutsu Game and helped Qi promote it within the Uchiha Clan. Fugaku later recognized Qi’s value to the clan. 11 14 20

- Orochimaru — Research ally drawn in by Qi’s access to Earth knowledge and the Spiritual Network. Orochimaru recognizes Qi’s leadership and collaborates on advanced projects, including Puppet Clones. 75 78 341 366
- Sasori — Qi’s recruited super engineer and puppet specialist. Qi provides him a private Spiritual Network world and Great Library access in exchange for his technological development work. 149
- Might Duy — Qi improves Duy’s livelihood through employment and medicinal subsidies, then encourages him to open a taijutsu training class. 100 101
- Uchiha Shisui — A young Uchiha prodigy who idolizes Qi as the clan’s savior. Qi deliberately seeks Shisui’s loyalty to prevent him from being exploited by Danzō. 151
- Tsunade — A politically important ally who gives Qi Hashirama’s Chakra necklace. Rumors about their relationship persist despite Qi clarifying the matter to the Senju Clan. 110 210
- Uchiha Madara — A dangerous, tense adversary whose gaming activity repeatedly generates Golden Spirit for Qi. Qi remains aware of Madara’s survival and prepares for the possibility of confronting him. 143 421
- Uchiha Sasuke — A later-generation Uchiha whom Qi approaches through a Puppet Clone. Sasuke becomes increasingly admiring and loyal toward him. 341 362
Story Role / Major Arcs
Genjutsu Game Creation and Uchiha Recognition
Qi begins as an overlooked Chunin who uses the System and his previous career to create the Genjutsu Game. The game’s effectiveness for Sharingan stimulation transforms the Uchiha Clan’s opinion of him, winning him privileges, guards, and institutional support. 2 14 20
Uchiha Reform and Political Rise
Qi presents the Genjutsu Game as a tool for improving the Uchiha Clan’s social standing rather than merely increasing its power. He argues for alliances with other clans, public outreach, wider game distribution, and eventual Uchiha integration into Konoha. His success leads to his appointment as Grand Elder. 28 30 50 61
Network Expansion and Konoha Modernization
Qi expands Genjutsu Game technology through sealing scrolls, spectator features, game arcades, and the Spiritual Network. His projects create new commercial ties between Konoha’s clans, change the Uchiha’s public image, and give Konoha new training, communication, and information tools. 31 36 114 220
Recruitment of Specialists
Recognizing that his own greatest strength is planning rather than direct combat, Qi builds a network of powerful specialists around himself. He develops Minato as a spokesperson and political partner, recruits Orochimaru for research, brings Sasori into advanced engineering, supports Might Duy’s taijutsu path, and secures Shisui’s loyalty early. 71 78 100 149 151
Eternal Mangekyō and World-Scale Influence
Qi’s direct evolution to Eternal Mangekyō Sharingan grants him access to Heroic Spirit Manifestation, datafication abilities, and far greater Chakra reserves. He subsequently operates across multiple worlds through Puppet Clones, White Zetsu networks, Heroic Spirits, and employee-based Divine Descent. 271 273 341 366
Creator-Level Development
Qi ultimately aims to make game creation an inherent part of Ninja World society rather than a field controlled solely by himself. By opening map-editing tools and cultivating creators, he lays the groundwork for a self-sustaining gaming ecosystem; later, Quality Projection Mastery brings his technology closer to tangible reality. 304 470
Trivia
- Qi learned to cook during his previous life as a single office worker and regularly prepares meals with Minato. 17
- Minato once compared Qi’s creativity to Tobirama Senju, a comparison Qi considers insulting for an Uchiha. 8
- Qi’s public image within the Uchiha Clan becomes so elevated that serving in his guard unit is regarded as an exceptional honor. 151
- He openly acknowledges that much of his apparent foresight comes from adapting knowledge inherited from his previous life rather than possessing innate genius. 110
