Every year, reindeer undertook a great migration. Reindeer actually came in different subspecies, with varying builds and coat colors. It was said that reindeer from the south were larger than those near the Arctic Circle. During migration, they continuously shed their fur, and by the time they returned to their subarctic habitats, they had often changed into their summer coats.

At first glance, Spark was a powerfully built reindeer, seemingly as large as a family sedan. But a closer look revealed the differences between him and ordinary reindeer. His hooves resembled a predator's claws, and his tongue was especially long, like an anteater's.

"When will he come back?" Ruse asked.

"Probably when he turns eleven," Pomona said casually, brushing him off.

At that moment, a wolf howled from deep within the forest.

"Don't worry. Tonight isn't a full moon," Pomona said to Ruse.

"I've heard packs of wolves howling in the Arctic," Ruse said indifferently.

"Oh, really?" Snape smiled maliciously. "Then are there Werewolves in the Arctic?"

"Animals are not actually that frightening. As long as they are full, they will not attack on their own initiative, even polar bears," Ruse said. "But wolves are different. They know how
