"Hey, Weasley."

On her way to the dungeons to deliver herbs, Pomona heard a boy calling out.

She looked over and saw that three Slytherin boys had stopped Bill.

At that moment, she could neither retreat nor advance. To keep them from noticing her, she actually hid behind a pillar.

"What is it?" Bill asked with a smile. The four-leaf clover leaf on his ear swayed slightly, flashing constantly.

"I heard you know what's going to be on this term's Charms exam," said one of the Slytherin boys.

"What do you want?" Bill continued smiling.

"Don't play dumb," another Slytherin boy said.

Bill looked the Slytherins up and down, then said, "What are you offering in exchange?"

The three Slytherins exchanged glances.

"Don't play dumb," Bill said calmly. "You know the rules."

"What do you want?" one of the Slytherin boys asked.

"That's what I just asked you. What do you have?" Bill asked.

"How about we don't kick your arse next time we meet in the corridor?" said the Slytherin boy who had not spoken until then, his voice muffled and heavy.

Bill smiled and looked at the first boy. "How's your brother been lately?"

"He's fine. How's your brother?" the Slytherin boy asked.

"I taught him a few spells to drive away Filch's cat. It keeps chasing his pet. You ought to warn your brother to stay away from them, so he doesn't get caught in the crossfire," Bill said.

"Fine. Anything else?" the Slytherin boy asked.

"Just a few questions. Catch." Bill took a crumpled paper ball from his pocket and tossed it to the Slytherin boy.

The boy opened the little paper ball and smiled after reading what was inside.

"I'll tell him. We'll talk next time," the Slytherin boy said politely to Bill.
