Nobles and royals had many servants, but that was in feudal society. After the constitutional monarchy was established, the British royal family's number of servants had greatly decreased. As for France and Germany, their royal families were gone, and nobles had even fewer servants at their disposal.

The Malfoys did not have titles like the Justins. Their servants were House-elves, yet the Lorraines had not even brought a House-elf when they traveled. They truly did not resemble the former rulers of Austria.

There was a walk-in cabinet on the special train, expanded by magic. Its stored food could fill a warehouse, and there was even a small pond specifically for raising fish. The Remora Joseph sold were kept in that pond.

The crime scene should have been preserved, but after photographs had been taken as evidence, Louis had a chef replace Joseph when they reached Salzburg so as not to spoil everyone's mood. He used that "storage cabinet" normally, with no awareness whatsoever of preserving the scene.
