As Head Healer of the Creature-Induced Injuries Department, Galen Claudius saw things differently from Daedalus Wellesley.
"There's no reason it would be a Magical Outburst, is there? Frank and the others are all adult Wizards... and they even became Aurors. Could they really have never experienced a Magical Outburst?"
"As for their child..." He turned to look at Augusta Longbottom. "Longbottom Madam, has your grandson experienced a Magical Outburst?"
"Of course he has!" Augusta Longbottom nodded. "When he was eight. I remember it perfectly clearly."
Hecate Graves's expression turned strange. She was very close to the Longbottom family and knew about Neville's Magical Outburst.
Neville's great-uncle had let go without thinking in order to catch a cake, and that was what caused Neville's Magical Outburst, sending him bouncing from the garden to the road like a ball.
But unlike a normal Magical Outburst, by the time Neville was lying in the road, he had already fallen unconscious. It had been a very short Magical Burst.
Because Neville was unconscious, Augusta Longbottom had even drawn her Wand and pointed it at Neville's great-uncle's nose, demanding an explanation.
Only after the relatives around them pleaded and persuaded her did Augusta Longbottom put her Wand away.
Neville's great-uncle had not been angry because of it either. In truth, they all understood how hard things were for Augusta Longbottom, and it was only normal for her to react that way at the time.
From the conversation between Galen Claudius and Augusta Longbottom, Vizet picked up on a few clues.
He asked curiously, "Mr. Claudius, you don't think this is a Magical Outburst?"
"I'm only judging by common sense..." Galen Claudius voiced his thoughts. "A Magical Outburst usually happens before enrollment."
"Last time we went to the Leaky Cauldron... Hecate, didn't you mention to
