There were two "Bloody Marys" in the urban area of Paris, both flying as fast as Fire Dragons. While Anne Salru and the others were pursuing them, it was perfectly normal for the two "Bloody Marys" to be driven together.
Anne Salru's voice came from the pendant. "That's right!"

An equally urgent voice rang out from Serena Pendragon's pendant. "Serena, there's a problem with the Ritual Magic Array we're responsible for. It's showing signs of collapse. I'm trying to keep it stable."
Listening to that familiar voice, Vizet frowned and confirmed through the pendant, "Mr. Dumontclair, this is Vizet. You said the Ritual Magic Array is showing signs of collapse?"
Dumontclair answered without hesitation. "That's right! Anne and the others went out to pursue the 'Bloody Marys.' It seems something unexpected happened on their side too."
"A simple but effective method!" Vizet said to Serena Pendragon. "Once the two 'Bloody Marys' join together, it becomes difficult for our Ritual Magic Array to maintain its balance."
"Then we can't let them join together!" Serena Pendragon understood at once. She had just been about to notify everyone through the pendant when a series of reports came through it.
"This is Sceaux Park. 'Bloody Mary' seems to have received some kind of order. Its speed suddenly increased. We are in pursuit."
