Morgan le Fay released an enormous mass of negative emotion at the cost of Bloody Mary's collapse.
Vizet realized that he could transform these enormous negative emotions and make them a vast force to drive "'Consensus' Magic."
Through Necromancy, he "levered" this enormous force that could be used for "'Consensus' Magic," turning it into a halo that protected Muggles.
Because the members of the Isaiah Society and Morgan le Fay's side had collapsed far too quickly, the halo protecting the Muggles had not consumed much.
This meant that the power of "'Consensus' Magic" existing in the Paris Region, which had not been used up much, could likewise be used to withstand the Meteorite attack that "The Master" was about to launch.
However, there was one key problem—that power of "'Consensus' Magic" had already been used for Necromancy;
If Vizet wanted to change its effect and turn it into magic used to oppose the Meteorite, even with that Crown assisting him, he would still need quite a long time to "lever" and guide it.
Yet the Meteorite's descent was imminent, and the time left for Vizet was almost gone.
Since one person could not turn the situation around in a short time, then what about gathering the wills of his companions?
Fortunately, Vizet's knowledge of magic was not exactly limited, and he had also dabbled in War Magic.
As early as when Morgan le Fay declared that "The Master" was going to annihilate them, Vizet had begun devising a way to respond.
While refuting Morgan le Fay, a plan rapidly took shape in his mind: he would combine "'Consensus' Magic" with War Magic;
By gathering the will with which his companions cast the Shield Charm, then "levering" and guiding the power of "Consensus Magic" used for Necromancy, he could transform it
