The reason this happened was that Vizet had cast the Harmonious Space Charm on himself, using the spell to stretch the distance between him and others so they could not touch him.
Detecting and breaking this magic was not particularly difficult. One only needed to master the Harmonious Space Charm, or conduct deep research into the soul and be able to use Soul Power.
With the help of the Harmonious Space Charm and the Confundus Charm, even if these people searched everywhere with all their might, Vizet could calmly wave his Wand and try out a few simple magical experiments.
He cast several Muggle-related spells in succession, such as the Muggle-Repelling Charm. Only half the people present reacted, turning and leaving without looking back.

The others perked up as well and echoed one after another, "Then he's finished! There's no way he can escape! We've got him surrounded! We'll find him soon!"
The livelier small square also stirred the Baby Thunderbird into activity. High above, it kept flapping its wings, wanting to swoop down and scare that group of people just as it had swooped at the Goblins earlier.
The Baby Thunderbird had also received the Harmonious Space Charm from Vizet. With the protection of the Harmonious Space Charm, no matter how much trouble it caused over the square, it would not hurt itself or anyone else.
After testing spells related to Muggles, such as the Muggle-Repelling Charm, Vizet began moving through the crowd, observing
