Though she was not skilled in magical invention or research, she had enough discernment to immediately realize what the magic Vizet described actually meant.
Her voice suddenly rose, filled with fervor. "Mr. Lovegood, I think you should be well aware that the magic you invented is absolutely epoch-making!"
"Especially under the current global situation, it's enough to overturn the balance of power between the Magical World and the Muggle World overnight! If..."
Vizet guessed what Rita Skeeter wanted to say and gently shook his head as he replied, "Ms. Skeeter, I don't think there is any 'if' anymore."
The excited expression on Rita Skeeter's face froze. "Hm?"
Vizet continued, "I've already sent everything about this magic to Headmaster Dumbledore."
Rita Skeeter's eyes widened, and she screamed despite herself, "Merlin's beard! You've already sent this magic to him!"
Vizet's words were like a bucket of cold water, completely dousing her earlier fervor and forcing her to calm down and think about the meaning behind Vizet's action.
"It's already been sent..." Her eyes flickered again and again, and her fingers unconsciously tapped the tabletop. "All right! A very... very wise decision!"
"Having the International Confederation of Wizards take the lead and release it would undoubtedly give it the greatest authority and avoid controversy to the greatest extent."
"But I'd still like to know... what considerations prompted you to make this decision? Was it out of trust in international coordination, or... was there some deeper intention?"
"The reason isn't as complicated as you think," Vizet said, his tone still
