Xenophilius Lovegood looked deeply suspicious as he stared at Vizet with a scrutinizing gaze. "What exactly happened to you?"

"Why did you suddenly send me such a baffling letter? And then say nothing in it... just ask me to come to Hogwarts this morning?"

Vizet raised his Wand and gave it a light flick toward the front. "Mr. Lovegood, can I explain it to you a little later?"

The originally ordinary wall trembled faintly, then several lines of light appeared, weaving and outlining one another until they turned into the shape of a door.

Xenophilius took it all in. He saw Vizet naturally grasp the doorknob and push the outlined door outward, revealing a Secluded Corridor outside.

Vizet left the secret passage first and waved from outside. "Mr. Lovegood, we're almost there."

Xenophilius stepped out of the secret passage and curiously looked around the corridor, only to find that it felt utterly unfamiliar to him.

That could only mean one thing: in all his years studying magic at Hogwarts, he had never once set foot in this corridor.

After all, Hogwarts Castle was so vast, and so ancient, that it was perfectly normal for there to be corridors and secret passages he did not know about.

Even though he could comfort himself that way, quite a few questions still inevitably sprang up in his mind.

For instance, why was Vizet so skilled, even knowing such a remote secret passage?

Xenophilius followed behind Vizet and, before he realized it, arrived in front of the Gargoyle Statue. Enlightenment dawned on him. "Hey! This place actually leads to the Headmaster's Office?"

"Yes, Mr. Lovegood," Vizet replied, then turned to the Gargoyle Statue and spoke the password. "The Goat of Clamb!"

The Gargoyle Statue folded its wings and nimbly jumped aside, revealing the Spiral
