Coolick's sales had been just as good, and under Lupin's organization, everyone decided to have another dinner gathering that evening.
Xenophilius, Lupin, Sirius Black, Arthur, and the others went to prepare ingredients, leaving Luna, Fred, George, Ron, Harry, and the others by the bonfire.
Fred sprawled openly in his chair, his head tilted as he watched Luna, who was roasting something, as if he were thinking over a problem.
"Something's off... something's off..." he said, rubbing his chin. "What did Vizet go do? He still hasn't come back..."
"I knew something felt weird!" George wore an expression of sudden realization. "Fred, you reminded me! Where did Vizet go?"
"Exactly!" Fred waggled his eyebrows at Luna. "This really is rare. If things were normal..."
Ginny was sitting beside Luna, also roasting a lump of something. When she heard her brother say that, she seemed to think of something and burst out laughing with a "pfft," nearly shaking it into the fire.
"This is way too abnormal!" George chimed in. "At a time like this, the two of you should be inseparable..."
A lovely blush rose on Luna's fair face. "Didn't I tell you? He went to take part in training?"
Harry's voice was full of confusion. "Training?"
"What training?" Luna had only just opened her mouth to explain when Anthony Goldstein's voice rang out.
The robe Anthony was wearing was crumpled, and its edges were stained with mud. He looked travel-worn and dusty.
"What happened to you?" Ron looked Anthony up and down. "Why do I feel like... you just crawled out of that swamp?"
"More or less..." Anthony sighed. "My whole family went traveling with my great-aunt... I almost didn't make it back in time for the final..."
"My parents planned to go home and rest for the night, then
