"I was inspired by Harry too," Cedric said shyly. "But you can see that trust is still the most important thing. That's how you seize a fleeting chance."
"As for this Whomping Willow training, there's actually an advanced version..." Vizet picked up the thread. "Since Cedric helped explain it, we can demonstrate it again."
"Advanced version?" Harry repeated, his tone curious. "What are you planning to do?"
"It's a little more complicated than what we just did," Vizet explained simply. "We'll both enter the Whomping Willow's attack range..."
"Besides helping each other defend, we'll also need to attack the Whomping Willow. Of course, the attacks I'm talking about are only simulated attacks—firing Magical Light at the branches."
"As for how you should attack, you can set your own requirements. For example, if you want to practice precise magical strikes, you can aim at the Whomping Willow's twigs, because they're thinner and harder to hit."
After saying this, Vizet and Luna mounted the Firebolt again and flew toward the Whomping Willow together.
The moment they entered the Whomping Willow's attack range, the enraged tree immediately sprang into action. Branches whistled down, smashing toward the two of them like heavy hammers.
Vizet and Luna split apart at once, dodging to either side. As they dodged, they had already raised their Wands, and two deep-blue beams of light appeared, striking the same twig.
"I don't think..." Harry could not help clicking his tongue. "I didn't hear them say anything, but they just happened to hit the same spot..."
"That's probably what you call perfect coordination..." Cedric stared in the direction of the Whomping Willow and said with some emotion. "Maybe they just... don't need to communicate."
Once they were fully inside the Whomping Willow's attack range, the Whomping Willow naturally showed no mercy.
