Most of the packing was already done, and now he just needed to straighten out a few minor details.

What remained were things that originally had to wait for everyone to wake up so they could be loaded into the vehicle, but now he just had to manage it himself.

"I'll take the things to the car first, remember to turn off the alarm."

After telling the others, Shirou began carrying the packed items outside.

"Are people here busy this early?"

Carrying a large pile of items, Shirou saw that the villagers were busy, though they seemed to be in quite a hurry.

Neatly placing the items into the trunk, Shirou wondered whether he should go say goodbye to Alina and the others.

He thought better of it after a moment's reflection—after all, they weren't that close, they had already said a simple goodbye yesterday, and as for Madam Dalia, they had parted ways that very morning.

"The weather... should be considered pretty good, I guess?"

Shirou, having finished tidying up the gear, looked out at the vast expanse of snow and the bright blue sky, taking a simple gauge of the weather conditions.

"All packed up? Shirou, you're way too fast, aren't you?"

Croissant walked out holding her shield and hammer, and Shirou checked her over briefly to ensure nothing was lingering on her eyes—thank goodness for small mercies.

"Not really. How are the others doing?"

Helping Croissant load her massive hammer and shield into the vehicle as well, Shirou asked about the status of the rest of the group.

"Thanks to that basin of hot water of yours, we rested pretty well. Right now, they're inside checking if anything was left behind. The weather's not bad today, so we should be able to set off back to Lungmen."
