Croissant is introduced as a Penguin Logistics member who supplements her work by running a stall and selling batches of merchandise. Her finds are often unusual enough that her teammates doubt them, though they acknowledge she occasionally discovers worthwhile goods. Texas has previously had to warn her not to set up a stall at Sora's concerts after she was caught doing so. 3

While operating her stall for several days, Croissant stayed outside rather than returning to the dormitory. After seeing the meals Shirou had begun preparing for Penguin Logistics, she regretted spending money on inferior food instead of coming home to eat for free. 9

She later becomes one of the first teammates to understand the commercial potential of Shirou's Projection Magic, proposing a profit-sharing venture before learning that projected items disappear once damaged and cannot be sold reliably. 38
