The exchange ended with that figure hinting at an earlier trade with Qu Jianlei and Han Li, which Qu Jianlei defended as the reason the Grand Lord had recovered so quickly.

• True Venerable Min Ning stayed behind while Qingkong and the others entered the Space Interlayer, and he explained that he expected Qu Jianlei and Han Li to stay safe and hoped to benefit from their good fortune.
• Qu Jianlei led the group to the spider's Mother Planet and offered the spider half of a Human Race Nascent Soul Realm corpse to help trace the Human-Faced Bee.

The Human-Faced Bee was trapped by Spider’s cold-resistant webs, metal nets, and layered illusions, while the Black-White Vortex threatened to drain its vitality. It split its body and tried to escape, but still believed its individual combat power could give it a way to fight back.

• Han Li’s cold energy shifted to hinder the Human-Faced Bee while Spider’s specially prepared webs closed around it.
• The Human-Faced Bee charged toward the eye but became entangled in Spider’s web and a metal net formed from the golden giant wheel.
• The Human-Faced Bee split its body, sending seventy percent fleeing while the rest struggled against the nets.
• The fleeing portion discovered that Spider and the Human Race cultivators had layered their illusion arts to conceal real webs and metal nets.
• The Human-Faced Bee split the fleeing portion into four figures, sending three smaller parts in different directions while the largest turned back to force a breakthrough.

Qu Jianlei and the other True Venerables trapped most of the Human-Faced Bee and slowly began destroying it, while a small portion of its original body escaped. They held the prisoner as they waited for reinforcements, wary of what the escaped portion might do.

• The Human-Faced Bee split off a small part of its original body to flee, then turned back to fight, but Qu Jianlei trapped most of it with nets and his Creation and Destruction divine ability.
• Qu Jianlei and the other True Venerables discussed how long it would take to destroy the captive, while the escaped portion left Spider in pursuit.
