Sun Bin asked softly, "Who were they?"
Xu Fu sighed. "Probably the 'Devour.' Master's worries were right. They have likely already begun taking action against youngest junior brother. Once youngest junior brother falls into their hands, he will either submit or they will create another obedient youngest junior brother. If that happens, youngest junior brother will probably lose his life!"
Sun Bin's expression changed slightly. "Did you find where they are?"
"No. I only killed two of their people while saving this little maid. I interrogated them, but they were both merely people controlled by the 'Devour' and knew very little about them. However, they mentioned someone. They said that person had told them to do it."
My heart tightened. I had a feeling that the person Xu Fu was about to name was someone I knew.
Sure enough, Xu Fu looked at me first before slowly saying, "Jiang Chengyue!"
