Talking to the monkey felt more like facing an Artificial Intelligence. Unlike Tom Cat, it was not full of schemes.
Tom Cat had even mastered the ways of the world. It knew how to disguise itself, how to hide its truest thoughts. It also knew what people liked to hear and could cater to their preferences.
