The call connected quickly, and Sengoku's voice came through the Den Den Mushi in Haku's hand: "Haku! What's the matter?"
Haku grinned at the Den Den Mushi and said, "Marshal! There's actually something I need to talk to you about."
Sengoku caught the tone in Haku's voice and sensed something was off. Haku had never spoken like this before!
After a moment's thought, Sengoku said, "Kid! Did something happen?"
Haku chuckled. "It's nothing much, really. Just some idiot Celestial Dragon shot at me a few times. And he's still yapping away right next to me!"
As he said this, the sky above Sabaody Archipelago instantly darkened with thick clouds, countless bolts of lightning churning within them.
Sengoku's heart jolted after hearing Haku's words.
He urgently asked into the Den Den Mushi, "Haku, you didn't lay a hand on that guy, did you?"
Haku shook his head. "No! But his Guard Squad tried to put a slave collar on me, so I killed them all."
Sengoku breathed a slight sigh of relief. As long as Haku hadn't openly attacked a Celestial Dragon, there was still room to smooth things over. And Sengoku's mind worked fast—this time, it was the Celestial Dragon who started it.
So, Sengoku had already figured out how to squeeze some benefits for the Marines out of this mess.
Haku was sharp too. Hearing the silence on the other end, he guessed Sengoku was already scheming.
Just then! Saint Charlos, somehow, had pulled a pistol off one of the dead guards and angrily fired at Haku again!
Haku hadn't really cared at first, but this time the bullets were tipped with Seastone!
Sure, the Rumble-Rumble Fruit the system had given him no longer feared Seastone—it just meant he wouldn't go limp when touching it and could still use his Devil Fruit powers.
But weapons or bullets made of Seastone could still hurt him!
Luckily, Haku's Observation Haki had already been boosted to a high level thanks to the Rumble-Rumble Fruit.
The moment Saint Charlos pulled the trigger! He sensed those were Seastone bullets!
Haku drew the Zanpakuto at his waist and easily blocked every bullet flying toward him.
"Heh."
Haku's desire to kill this brain-dead Celestial Dragon grew stronger.
The environment around him shifted with his mood! Countless lightning bolts rained down from the sky, and the ordinary people, already terrified by the scene, scattered in all directions!
Haku turned to look at the clueless Celestial Dragon.
And even as stupid as Saint Charlos was, he finally realized something was wrong!
Especially when Haku faced him—he nearly pissed himself in fear!
Haku's appearance had changed drastically! His lean, handsome face turned sinister, the whites of his eyes black, his pupils red!
Specks of powder gathered on his cheek, already forming the corner of a Hollow Mask!
Sengoku watched the Den Den Mushi in his hand suddenly gasp for air, as if it were facing something terrifying!
"Haku! Haku? Haku, answer me if you can hear me!"
Sengoku kept shouting into the Den Den Mushi. At this moment, he was genuinely afraid Haku might do something.
"Report! Emergency! Something's happened at Sabaody Archipelago!"
A Marine soldier burst into Sengoku's office! He spoke quickly and concisely.
"Damn it! Can't you see I'm—" Sengoku started to scold, but he caught himself fast.
"Spit it out! What's going on at Sabaody Archipelago?"
The soldier said nervously, "The environment at Sabaody Archipelago has changed! Suspected attack by a Devil Fruit user!"
Sengoku said sternly, "Alright, get out. And notify Aokiji to head to Sabaody Archipelago."
"Yes, sir!" The soldier quickly left Sengoku's office.
Sengoku spoke into the Den Den Mushi again, "Haku! Are you listening? Answer me!"
"Alright, alright! I hear you!" Haku's voice finally came through from the other end.
Sengoku said gravely, "Kid! Tell me the truth! Is that Celestial Dragon okay?"
As he said this, Sengoku had a bad feeling in his gut.
Haku looked at the charred thing in front of him, twitching at the corner of his mouth, and slowly said, "Uh, Marshal... if I said I didn't mean to, would you believe me?"
A few minutes ago, Saint Charlos, for some reason, had found the courage to pull out a diamond-studded knife and attack Haku!
The result? The knife couldn't even scratch Haku. And because the guy got too close, he got electrocuted by the lightning on Haku's body!
"So what's his condition now?" Sengoku pressed urgently.
Haku said casually, "Not dead yet! But pretty banged up."
Sengoku rubbed his aching head and said, "Aokiji's already on his way to Sabaody Archipelago. Stay put and wait for the Celestial Dragons' people to come pick him up."
"Yes, Marshal," Haku replied with a hint of respect.
The Den Den Mushi was silent for a moment, then Sengoku spoke again: "Haku, you went too far this time!"
But Haku cut in: "I know! But I never actually attacked him first, did I?"
They didn't exchange many words, and Sengoku soon hung up. He was probably going to report to the Five Elders.
Not long after, a familiar voice came from afar: "Ara ara! Haku, the mess you stirred up this time is quite troublesome."
Watching Aokiji approach, Haku shrugged and said, "You think I wanted this? How was I supposed to know I'd run into such a brain-dead idiot."
Aokiji nodded in agreement instead: "Running into those people really isn't pleasant."
Brrr brrr! Brrr brrr!
A CP Agent holding a Den Den Mushi stepped out from a corner.
He walked up to Haku and handed the Den Den Mushi over.
"Tch! What a pain."
Haku looked at the Den Den Mushi's familiar curled mustache. He already guessed who was on the other end.

Haku answered the Den Den Mushi without hesitation, and the CP Agent slowly retreated into the shadows to hide.
The Five Elders' Birthmark's irritable voice came through the Den Den Mushi: "Haku, you bastard! As a Marine Admiral, you dared to attack a Celestial Dragon!"
Haku couldn't help picking his ear with his pinky—the guy's loud voice was making his ear canal itch.
In a contemptuous tone, Haku said to the Five Elders' Birthmark: "What? Did those CP Agents not report to you that I never once fought back against that pig from start to finish?"
