Background / History

Shui Bing'er is the daughter of Skywater Academy’s dean and was recognized from childhood as an exceptional talent. Her Martial Soul mutated from the Condensing Water Flying Luan into the top-tier Ice Phoenix, allowing her to reach rank 25 by age ten. However, the mutation was incomplete: the original Martial Soul lacked sufficient innate ice power to fully support an Ice Phoenix transformation. 33 235

During the Five Elements Academy Joint Training Event, she met Yu Tianlin at Thunderbolt Academy. Rather than watch the academy sparring, she chose to train with him in water treading and later tree climbing. Her ice attribute let her rapidly refine control over the chill within her Soul Power, and she completed both exercises over the event’s six training days. 43 44 46
