Chen Feng, Zhang Yang, Tao Min, Zhu Tao, and the others took out sharp daggers and began cutting.

The ground here was covered in wealth.

Before long, all the fur had been skinned off and collected.

Bearded Uncle spoke.

Bearded Uncle remained cautious. The sounds of battle and the bloody smell here could easily draw multiple fierce beasts over, which would put them at a disadvantage.

Zhang Yang nodded and did not argue with the Team Leader. After all, safety came first.

"Let's head back. Gather all the spoils along the way, put them in the car, then hunt somewhere else."

Bearded Uncle and the others prioritized safety above all else. They had plenty of time to hunt during this trip.

The group retraced their route, gathering up all the previous spoils before preparing to return to the car.

Suddenly, two Red-eyed Wolves with gray fur appeared ahead on the path back.

"There are two wolves ahead blocking our way!"

Zhang Yang became alert.

"Let's go another way!"

Bearded Uncle showed no intention of attacking. "Those two might draw more wolves over. If we get surrounded, we'll be in danger. Move!"

They retreated in another direction.

But before they had gone far, rustling sounds came from the grass. Three more gray-furred Red-eyed Wolves appeared ahead.

Six reddened eyes stared at the five people in Bearded Uncle's group.

Two more Red-eyed Wolves also leaped out from another direction.

Together with the first two wolves they encountered, all their paths had been blocked.

Seven wolves had surrounded them.

"Team Leader, let's kill them all!"

Zhang Yang suggested, "We can kill the two wolves in this direction and get back to the car."

Tao Min said, "Seven Red-eyed Wolves. Since we've run into them, we might as well kill them all."

"Then we'll end this quickly!"

Bearded Uncle glanced around. "Zhang Yang, handle the two on this side. Tao Min, take those two Red-eyed Wolves. Chen Feng, deal with this one. I'll kill the other two. Zhu Tao, follow Chen Feng and kill that one together."

"Okay!" Zhu Tao nodded.

"Go!"

The instant Bearded Uncle gave the order, he took the lead, raising his shield as he charged at the three wolves. Chen Feng and Zhu Tao rushed toward the one on the right of the three.

Tao Min and Zhang Yang each charged toward the wolves in their respective directions.

In an instant, the seven wolves clashed with them.

Three wolves lunged at Bearded Uncle. He blocked them with his shield, smashing one away. A long blade in his right hand slashed out in an instant, striking another wolf in the side. Meanwhile, Chen Feng targeted one of them, moving so fast that it had no chance to evade as he stabbed his dagger into its neck.

Zhu Tao had been about to help, but she saw that Chen Feng had already killed that wolf. Then she watched him rush at another wolf wounded by Bearded Uncle and stab it again with his dagger, finishing off the second one.

As for the remaining wolf, Bearded Uncle smashed his shield directly onto its head, killing it.

By then, Zhang Yang had already killed one wolf, and Tao Min had killed one as well.

Bearded Uncle and Chen Feng rushed over and instantly took care of the remaining two wolves.

As the final two wolves fell, all of them had been dealt with.

There had been no danger at all.

However, Bearded Uncle looked at Chen Feng in surprise. "Your speed has already surpassed that of an ordinary martial artist. I never expected you to be so nimble, little brother. Our harvest this time will definitely be substantial."

It was only the first day, yet they had already gained quite a lot.

"You flatter me."

Chen Feng smiled. With his strength, he had earned the team's respect.

Zhang Yang and Tao Min both felt that Chen Feng was well worth the double share.

His speed and attacks were indeed a little fiercer than theirs. After all, Chen Feng had not used his Martial Soul even once so far.

Zhang Yang asked as he gathered the fur.

"A tree."

Zhang Yang, Tao Min, and the others froze. To be honest, they had rarely seen a Martial Soul User whose Martial Soul was a tree. Chen Feng's Martial Soul was actually a tree?

That meant it was a Martial Soul with no combat power.

"Kill! We can only fight our way out!"

Bearded Uncle knew there was no time to waste. The longer they delayed, the more dangerous it became. Together with Zhang Yang, Tao Min, Zhu Tao, and Chen Feng, he charged forward to kill their way out.
