Background / History
Tang San appears in the Plane Crack/Chat Room as a composed authority figure, attempting to reassure the trapped soul masters and claiming to stabilize morale despite having no solution. His account of Spirit Hall history is immediately challenged by Qian Renxue and Bibi Dong, who accuse him of rewriting the past. 2
The God of Destruction later investigates Tang San's conduct during a divine battle. Tang San recognizes that he and the Asura God improperly used Asura Divine Power, but fails to stop the inquiry. 18
Tang San’s reputation deteriorates as the viewing sessions undermine the celebrated image of the Tang Sect. The displayed Mysterious Heaven Skill and hidden weapons fail to meet their historical reputation, while Tang Ya cannot identify any mistake in her own cultivation. Tang San shifts responsibility onto later Tang Sect generations rather than explaining the discrepancy. 20 21 22 Tang Ya subsequently places him on her Must-Kill List for harming the Tang Sect. 23
