Jessica Jones, feeling down, noticed that Su Quan's reaction was very flat, even a bit dismissive.
Wasn't this too cold-blooded, too lacking in sympathy?
His wife had run off, he'd nearly died himself, and now he was getting bullied by a boss like this when trying to find a job—he was the epitome of a hard-luck case!
"Aren't you going to explain yourself?" Jessica Jones looked at Su Quan.
"Explaining makes me look like a criminal."
Explain?
Explain my ass!
Su Quan waved The Female and Aunt May over, ignoring Jessica Jones's displeasure, and began detailing the company's main business: Flash Delivery.
Flash Delivery: one-on-one express delivery, no pooling orders, same-district instant courier.
From pickup to drop-off, it serves only one customer at a time, point-to-point delivery, with faster service, higher reliability, and better security.
Aim for pickup within 15 minutes, same-district delivery within 1 hour.
As for delivery fees, both distance and item weight affect the cost.
Base price for standard items: $15 (within 5 kilometers and under 5 kilograms).
Extra mileage fee: for every additional 5 kilometers beyond 5 km, add $10.
Overweight fee: for 5–20 kilograms, add $2 per additional kilogram; for over 20 kilograms, add $5 per additional kilogram.
Delivery time: within 5 kilometers, delivery within 45 minutes; for every additional 5 kilometers beyond that, add 30 minutes.
Base price for valuables: $100 plus 1% of the item's value.
Other standards remain the same.
By the time he finished explaining the business details and setting the pricing standards, over an hour had passed.
Su Quan looked at Aunt May: "It's quitting time. Need a ride home?"
Aunt May shook her head and smiled. "I can get back on my own."
"Then head home and rest early," Su Quan said, not insisting.
"Okay, see everyone tomorrow."
"See you tomorrow."
The next morning.
When Su Quan came downstairs, Aunt May, Martin Li, and the other two employees had already arrived.
Martin Li worked efficiently. Su Quan handed the cashed-out money to Aunt May and had Martin Li and The Female escort her to the bank to open a company account.
Over the following days, Su Quan split his time between going to the Void to farm rewards from Frog Thor and continuing to hire people and stock up on necessary equipment and supplies, like work uniforms and vehicles.
In a few days, he'd hired seven more people, all Chinese. They wore the brown Nato Tong uniforms neatly, looking sharp and professional.
In the Void, inside the bottle holding Frog Thor.
After obtaining Super Endurance, Super Defense, Regeneration, Super Vitality, and the Thor uniform, Su Quan finally got what he'd been after: Odinforce.
"Ding!"
"Combat detected. Dropped reward: Odinforce (Thor)"
The moment he gained Odinforce, Su Quan clearly felt an indescribably powerful force surge within him.
This fierce, raging divine power was like thunder from the nine heavens, restless as if it wanted to destroy everything in the world.
"Whoosh—"
Su Quan landed on the ground, and the wild, violent Odinforce erupted. Crackling, dazzling lightning flashed around him.
"Boom!" The ground split and burst open. Responding to the call, Thor's Hammer broke through the earth and flew straight into Su Quan's outstretched hand.
He opened the system and equipped the Thor uniform.
The instant he gripped Thor's Hammer, the system had him changed in a second.
"Boom!"
Thunder roared, lightning flashed.
At that moment, Su Quan stood in the black Thor uniform, Thor's Hammer in hand, surrounded by blazing lightning and rampant electricity—truly a god descending to earth, majestic and awe-inspiring!
"Bro—Brother?!" A startled voice came from behind him.
Su Quan turned and saw Elderly Loki, backpack on, his expression shifting from delight to disappointment, then to shock.
Beside him stood a tall, wide-eyed woman.
"Who—who is he?" the tall woman whispered to Elderly Loki.
"He is our king, and the Lord of the Void. You should show him respect. Without him, I wouldn't have saved you." Elderly Loki looked at Su Quan, his gaze a little dazed.
It seemed like he had returned to his youth in Asgard.
It seemed like he saw the foolish brother he missed so dearly.
"Want to give it a try?"
Su Quan smiled and handed Thor's Hammer over. Elderly Loki—maybe he had a chance to lift it!
Besides Thor, Captain Steve, Black Widow, Vision, Jane Foster, Horse-Faced Thor, and Frog Thor had all lifted Thor's Hammer.
Not to mention Odin and the hammer's previous owner, Hela, Goddess of Death.
Even the Hulk and Red Hulk had briefly earned its recognition and lifted it.
During the Axis of Good and Evil event, Thor and Loki's personalities reversed. The virtuous and noble Loki lifted Thor's Hammer, defeated Thor, and became Thor Loki.
In Marvel vs DC, when Thor fought Shazam, the hammer fell to the ground, and Wonder Woman easily picked it up.
In Justice League vs Avengers, the League and the Avengers handed Thor's Hammer and Captain's shield to Superman to defeat the Big Boss.
Exaggerating a bit, in the comics, anyone could lift Thor's Hammer—except Thor!

Elderly Loki looked at the offered Thor's Hammer, hesitated, reached out, then pulled his hand back.
"Forget it, I've tried countless times before. The result's always the same."
"What's so special about this hammer? Can I—can I try?" the tall woman asked curiously.
"Don't waste your energy. This is Thor's Hammer. Only those it deems worthy can lift it," Elderly Loki said.
Thor's Hammer?
The hammer of Thor from Norse Mythology?
The tall woman's eyes lit up, and she eagerly looked at the handsome, imposing young king.
Su Quan casually tossed Thor's Hammer to the ground. Go ahead, show me what you've got!
The tall woman spread her long legs, gripped the hammer's handle with both hands, and heaved upward.
Thor's Hammer didn't budge.
She stubbornly tried again. Though she was a woman, her training from childhood meant her strength wasn't much weaker than an average man's.
But no matter how hard she pushed, the hammer wouldn't move, as if fused with the ground.
She couldn't help wondering if the king had rigged it somehow—how could a stupid hammer be completely immovable?
"Heh heh—" Elderly Loki chuckled gleefully, pulling a few items from his crossbody bag and handing them to Su Quan.
Several stacks of US dollars, a few gold rings, a gemstone necklace, and an electronic collar.
"This collar should be the Time Variance Authority's controller for time criminals. Not sure if it still works."
Elderly Loki had only found the electronic collar, not the matching small controller.
The old "palm-sized" Time Controller, which might have run out of power or broken, could probably operate the electronic collar too—if it worked.
In Loki's personal series, the Main Timeline Loki was tormented by that thing. No matter how far he ran, a simple twist of the controller would snap him back to where he was before he fled.
Almost every time criminal caught by the Time Variance Authority got one of these collars, to stop them from escaping.
"What's her deal?" Su Quan stashed the items and looked at the woman, who had given up wrestling with the hammer.
At being mentioned, the woman spoke up: "Greetings, Your Majesty. I'm Dotty Underwood."
Dotty Underwood—a somewhat obscure, unfamiliar name.
Su Quan had watched Agent Carter and knew she was a "Black Widow" trained in the Red Room, a villain on par with Agent Peggy, evenly matched and equally formidable.
