S.H.I.E.L.D. and Iron Man moved in to end Hydra's rule, backing Hu Hu—who had defeated her opponent with Wolverine's help—to become the criminal underworld's leader in Madripoor.

Hu Hu's real name was Huan Jie Shan, born into a very wealthy family in Singapore that ran the Huan International Bank.

She had been through a kidnapping; the ringleader tried to brainwash her into joining his crew as a financial specialist, but the X-Men disrupted the process.

Still, the brainwashing had some effect—she lost part of her moral compass, judging right and wrong only by basic ethics.

She was a formidable fighter, skilled with blades and firearms, and wore a highly durable suit nearly identical to Psylocke's.

Though she ruled Madripoor, Hu Hu stuck to principles, refusing to deal in drugs or human trafficking, making the underground Hydra her main enemy.

Later, Wolverine's son Daken managed to seize control from her, and Hu Hu fell from power. Her former subordinates were either killed or joined Daken, plunging Madripoor back into chaos.

Daken's scheme was ultimately foiled by Gambit, X-23, and Hu Hu, and she reclaimed her position as the city's leader.

During this time, Hu Hu also fell in love with Gambit, and their relationship was harmonious, but she turned down his invitation to live together in Paris, and they eventually broke up.

On another note, Hawkeye once stayed at a hotel here and was framed for murder. Hotel surveillance seemed to confirm his guilt, but it was later proven to be Lady Mask impersonating him.

Mystique also tried to turn Madripoor into a mutant haven, pushing a drug that enhanced mutant powers, but it fizzled out in the end.

Nick Fury had a safe house here too.

In short, for major organizations and individuals, Madripoor was a lawless territory everyone fought to control.

Madripoor was far from New York, far from the story's center. Even if it turned upside down, it wouldn't affect the Sacred Timeline's "script."

Let Dotty Underwood go first to scout the terrain. When the time was right, he'd have Anywhere Express Logistics Company's headquarters appear here, turning it into his own stronghold in this timeline—or rather, this universe.

PS: Madripoor is a bit obscure, but it carries significant weight for the upcoming plot and plans, hence the extra detail.

Outside, rain poured down.

Inside, Jessica Jones and The Female were locked in a fierce fight.

"Ding!"

"Combat detected. Reward dropped: 5 Points."

"Ding!"

"Combat detected. Reward dropped: Ulna Bone Spike (The Female)."

Hearing the system's prompts, Su Quan, bored, went upstairs to the storage room and grabbed the Time Controller and the Electronic Collar.

He was heading to the New World to see if he could find someone to fix these things.

He had two options for the New World: The Flash and the Fantastic Four.

In The Flash, Cisco Ramon was a tech whiz.

Barry Allen and Eobard Thawne were time experts, having twisted the timeline so much it was practically crying in a corner.

And in the Fantastic Four, there was Reed Richards—Mr. Marvel's Smartest Man, the Skull-Opening Maniac.

The movie version of Reed Richards wasn't a savage, but fixing the Time Controller shouldn't be a problem.

A choice between two.

Su Quan chose the beauty—cough—he chose the Fantastic Four!

New York, Columbia University.

On campus, Su Quan retracted his Super Hearing and stepped across the green lawn toward a man and woman sitting under a tree not far away.

The woman had long blonde hair, and her exquisite, stunning face made her look like a Disney Barbie doll, missing only a princess gown.

The man was muscular, with a bald head.

Susan Storm and Benjamin Jacob Grimm.

One was Reed Richards' girlfriend, the future Invisible Woman of the Fantastic Four.

The other was Reed Richards' friend, the future Thing of the Fantastic Four.

Unlike his last trip to The Boys world, this time he'd arrived a bit early—the future Fantastic Four hadn't even graduated college yet.

"Hey."

Su Quan greeted them as he walked up.

Benjamin scowled, his eyes showing displeasure.

His irritation was easy to guess—Susan was too beautiful, and he clearly didn't want to see his buddy's almost-girlfriend get hit on.

Yes, almost-girlfriend.

Reed and Susan hadn't officially made it official yet.

Susan nodded politely in response. "Hi, what's up?"

"Guess which side my heart's on?"

The random opening line caught Susan off guard. "Left?"

Su Quan shook his head and smiled. "Wrong—it's on your side!"

"Giggle—" Susan couldn't hold back, and a silvery laugh rang out instantly.

"If you're not going to give my heart back, at least tell me your name."

Susan stifled her laughter. "I don't have anywhere to put your heart, but—hello, I'm Susan."

"I have a poem for you. Only three lines."

"Oh? I'm looking forward to it."

After that little 'heart attack,' Susan was genuinely curious what kind of poem this bold, funny guy would recite, especially with only three lines.

"Your name."

"Is the shortest."

"Love poem I've ever heard."

That really was three lines!

Susan's laughter rang out again, even brighter than before, carefree and unreserved.

"Hey—"

Watching his buddy's almost-girlfriend being charmed by a stranger, Benjamin, who worried himself sick over them, finally couldn't hold back and called out to Su Quan.

Su Quan looked at Susan with feigned ignorance. "Is he your boyfriend?"

"He's my friend, Benjamin." Susan introduced him with a smile.

"I don't like you. You'd better leave now." Benjamin said bluntly.

Susan apologized. "Sorry, we're waiting for another friend."

"Her boyfriend." Benjamin seized the chance to let Su Quan know the flower was already taken.

Susan shot Benjamin an annoyed look. Whether Reed became her boyfriend or not, that wasn't his right to force his way into her feelings and freedom.

"We're not together yet." She explained, not for Su Quan, but for herself.

Benjamin had no right to decide who she belonged with!

Benjamin's move backfired.

Su Quan gave an easygoing chuckle. "Even the sun can't please everyone. You say it's warm, I say it's blinding."

Benjamin's face darkened.

"There are plenty of people who don't like me. Who the hell are you?"

Direct against direct—let's see who's tougher!

Benjamin shot to his feet, glaring at Su Quan, his burly frame looking ready to lunge and throw a punch at any moment.

"Bastard, you looking for a beating?"

Su Quan was unbothered. "If something I said hit a nerve, you'd better speak up. I'll need to focus my fire there."

"You're dead meat. I'm going to beat you to a pulp today!" Benjamin was fully enraged, raising his fist to strike.

"Enough! I'm leaving." Susan stood up with a grim face, ready to go.

"Wait, where are you going? Didn't we agree to meet Reed?" Benjamin hurriedly said.

"The agreed time was half an hour ago."

"He'll be here soon. Trust me, he'll be here soon." Benjamin explained for his friend. "I'll call him right now."

"A mouth that says 'I love you,' a thousand details that don't." Su Quan added a jab with interest.
