Who is she? A super Black Widow!

Trying to kidnap her? They must have a death wish.

Dotty Underwood taught them a lesson and didn't think much of it—after all, her top priority was figuring out the underground forces in Madripoor's Lower City. Everything else could wait.

She never expected these idiots to court death by coming back for revenge.

"Give me three days, and I guarantee I'll wipe out every last one of their accomplices." Dotty Underwood vowed confidently.

Su Quan shook his head slightly and said with a smile, "Madripoor may be chaotic, but there's order in the chaos. To retaliate so brazenly, either they don't know the rules, or they have the power to ignore them."

The White Queen added, "They locked the people they caught in a cargo ship at the port, marked with the Rand Corporation logo."

She'd seen it in the mind of the guy who fired the gun.

Dotty Underwood frowned slightly. "I've heard of Rand Corporation. It's a large enterprise involved in aerospace, medical equipment, agricultural products, pharmaceuticals, and more."

"Rand Corporation was founded by two people—Wendell Rand and his partner Harold Meachum. Three years ago, Wendell Rand and his family died in a plane crash, and the company's been run by Harold Meachum ever since."

Even though she hadn't been in this world long, she'd still picked up basic info on big companies like Rand Corporation.

"Given Rand Corporation's scale, this kind of business doesn't seem like something they'd do."

"Didn't expect you to know about Rand Corporation already. Not bad." Su Quan nodded approvingly. "Rand Corporation really wouldn't do this kind of business. The ones behind it are someone else."

PS: Time waits for no one. The time flow in the previous worlds was the same, so I couldn't neglect one for another—hence the frequent 'fast-travel' situations. Now the plot can settle into a steady pace.

I've been keeping an eye on the comments and will adjust based on your feedback.

Rand Corporation might not be as famous as Stark Industries or have its tentacles in every field like Roxxon Energy Corporation, but it's still a massive enterprise worth tens of billions.

The founder Wendell Rand's son is the famous Iron Fist, Danny Rand.

In the comics, Danny Rand inherited his parents' legacy—half of Rand Corporation's shares—making him worth at least five billion dollars, practically the 'Tony Stark' of the Defenders.

He owned plenty of high-rise real estate in Manhattan, a real little moneybags.

Speaking of money.

In the comics, the White Queen is basically Marvel's richest woman, second only to Black Panther, Namor, Black Bolt, Doctor Doom, Iron Man, Kingpin, and Mr. Fantastic.

Her net worth of 11 billion isn't because she can turn into diamond—it's her family, the Frost family, a Fortune 500 company.

She's also one of the owners of the Hellfire Club, the CEO of Frost Group, and the headmistress of a mutant prep school.

After outliving her parents and outmaneuvering her sisters, the White Queen smoothly inherited the entire estate, often mingling with the world's business elite and using her telepathy to swipe key corporate secrets.

After Professor X died, she became one of the X-Men's biggest benefactors.

"Is... is something wrong with me?"

The White Queen noticed Su Quan's gaze turning playful as he spoke, and she instinctively looked down to check herself.

Su Quan shook his head and continued, "The Rand family plane crash was carefully orchestrated by Harold. Wendell had discovered his shady business dealings with the Hand."

What goes around comes around.

Harold got cancer and was about to die.

The Hand had a secret technique to resurrect people, so he was brought back—but also put under their control. Rand Corporation became the Hand's, or more precisely, one of the Five FingersMadame Gao's—front company.

It wasn't until Danny returned from Kunlun, fully trained and bearing the name Iron Fist, that he thwarted Madame Gao and reclaimed Rand Corporation.

"So the real target is the Hand..." Dotty Underwood frowned slightly.

Madripoor did have the Hand's influence. From her investigation, their main business was manufacturing and selling laundry detergent, but they also dabbled in smuggling, human trafficking, and other shady dealings.

"I don't have much intel on the Hand. Taking them out might take longer."

Eliminate the Hand?

"Getting rid of the Hand isn't that easy. They have the Five Fingers—five leaders. The one working with Harold is Madame Gao. She's lived at least 400 years and wields an energy called Qi."

"On top of that, they can resurrect."

"Those scumbags earlier weren't even official Hand members. Their main force is made up of ninjas."

"Resurrect? Like, actually coming back from the dead?"

Dotty Underwood and the White Queen were stunned.

Living a long time or being powerful—they could accept that. But resurrection? Wasn't that a bit much?

They'd thought this world was relatively 'ordinary,' but now someone could pull off something as outrageous as resurrection.

"Resurrection isn't as tough to deal with as you think. They're easier to kill than mutants with self-healing abilities or Black King Shaw. Just cut off their heads, and they can't come back."

"Their individual strength is mediocre at best. In a real fight, aside from Madame Gao, two or three Winter Soldiers could handle the other Five Fingers."

"Killing the Five Fingers isn't the hard part. The hard part is wiping out the entire Hand."

That wasn't an exaggeration.

Street-level heroes like the Defenders could beat the Five Fingers. Dotty Underwood and the Winter Soldier, as Super Soldiers, could too. When it came to intel and assassination, they were far more professional than the Defenders.

Besides, there's White Queen, one of the top Psychic Abilities users around.

Killing the Five Fingers isn't hard!

What's hard is completely eradicating The Hand.

The Hand, having operated in the shadows for years, has countless secret members—like weeds, fire can't burn them all, and spring wind brings them back to life!

But how can one tolerate others snoring by their bedside?

Since we're already at odds, there's no backing down. Whether or not we wipe out The Hand, at the very least, we need to drive their forces out of Madripoor.

There can only be one voice in Madripoor, and that voice is mine.

Do you think Su Quan said that as a joke?

Even without the earlier conflict, without the previous clash, war would still come—the only difference is whether it happens sooner or later.

"Emma, have the Winter Soldiers take control of Rand Corporation's ships. Without my orders, even if the dock's gone, those ships stay here!"

"Yes."

White Queen's expression sharpened, and she immediately used her Psychic Abilities to contact the Winter Soldiers handling the bodies.

"Do you know where The Hand's territory is?"

Su Quan looked at Dotty Underwood. Dotty Underwood replied seriously, "For now, I can only confirm that The Hand has a presence here. I'll need to investigate the exact location and details. Give me half an hour—no, fifteen minutes—and I'll have accurate intel!"

"Alright."

Letting someone attack you without retaliation would be a blatant signal to other factions that they're easy to bully!

If you're not ruthless, you can't stand firm.

In a lawless chaos like Madripoor, to gain a foothold, you have to be ruthless.

How many people here are timid?

Win big, lose and remake!

There's no shortage of people willing to bet their lives.

PS: Recommending my other works: "Marvel: King's Arrival," "The Vampire: Strongest Reaper," "Marvel: Door-Door Fruit," "American Comics: Strongest Villain," "KO Ranking: Strongest God of War," "I Have a Dimensional Street in Marvel," "In American Dramas: Get Stronger by Spending Money!"

Dotty Underwood left the bar with swift decisiveness. Su Quan turned to White Queen, who had already notified the Winter Soldiers from behind the bar, and had her mix another cocktail.

That last one was a bit of a waste.

"This is the taste!"

Sipping the freshly made cocktail, Su Quan felt no tension or urgency about the impending war with a large organization like The Hand.

Even though everyone on his side combined numbered less than ten.

To be precise, including himself, there were only eight people.

And aside from Su Quan, everyone was exhausted.

"What do you think of the name 'Thirteen Court Guard Squads'? I'm planning to have Dotty serve as the captain of the 8th Division, handling intelligence; and you as the captain of the 10th Division, responsible for patrol and security."

Su Quan looked at White Queen with a smile as he laid out his plan.

In his vision, Madripoor would become the center of his external power, while the internal power would naturally be the Void.

Since it's a faction, it needs different components, just like The Hand's Five Fingers.

He had already envisioned several parts.

Four Emperors: The highest combat power.

Thirteen Court Guard Squads: Responsible for maintaining law and order on Madripoor Island.

Seven Warlords of the Sea: Responsible for the safety of the seas and shipping routes near Madripoor.
