Each division has its own duties, with a complete promotion path for members.

Su Quan didn't set this up to satisfy his own lust for power or twisted tastes. A small port like Madripoor, or even the whole world, plus the Time Variance Authority, wasn't worth such an elaborate setup.

But what about adding other worlds?

For instance—

The several movie universes of the mutants.

The Zombie Universe, where all heroes and villains have turned into zombies.

That's not even counting neighboring worlds like the DC universe or The Boys.

Even just the major events across the Marvel multiverse are endless.

Compared to those constantly chaotic universes, his own film universe wasn't particularly strong.

Once he took control of the Time Variance Authority and dealt with Kang the Conqueror, he'd have to face cosmic crises, whether initiated by him or forced upon him.

If you don't invade other universes, they might invade you.

How many people are out there obsessing over destroying the multiverse?

Ever heard the phrase "caught in the crossfire"?

Do you really not know how Earth-616 came to be?

If you don't plan for the long term, trouble will find you soon enough!

"The Thirteen Court Guard Squads—I'll follow the master's arrangements." The White Queen shook her head, raising no objections.

From the equal distribution of serum and the Winter Soldier, it was clear she and Dotty were on the same level. Now, as captains with their own duties, they supported each other, avoiding unnecessary conflict and friction.

"Mm."

Su Quan smiled, raised his hand, and snapped his fingers. Using his Create Illusion ability, he conjured a long-sleeved white haori for the White Queen.

It looked like a trench coat, but also like a robe.

Below the left shoulder, embroidered in Chinese characters, was the squad number.

"The captain's uniform for the Thirteen Court Guard Squads. What do you think?"

"Very pretty. It's my favorite color."

Su Quan took a full photo with his phone, planning to have Reed Richards make a batch from special materials later.

A captain's insignia had to have some uniqueness, right?

What kind of image would it be if the clothes tore apart at the first move?

Too embarrassing!

Bang. The bar door suddenly swung open, and a group of fierce-looking, fully armed men strode in.

This scene felt oddly familiar!

Was Madripoor really that chaotic, or had Dotty made that many enemies?

Su Quan picked up his cocktail again with interest, wondering if someone would shoot it out of his hand.

The fierce men didn't fire or aim. They were much more polite than the last group.

The crowd parted, and a woman stepped out.

The first thing that caught the eye was her silver long hair.

PS: A quick note on the book's world-building.

First, the Marvel world the protagonist is currently in and developing is the main Marvel timeline, i.e., the Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU).

This includes all MCU films, as well as interconnected series like Inhumans, Daredevil, Jessica Jones, Luke Cage, Iron Fist, The Defenders, The Punisher, Runaways, Cloak & Dagger, and Hellstorm.

Non-MCU Marvel shows, like Fantastic Four, the mutant series, and Venom, exist as other universes within the multiverse.

Comic content may appear as parallel universes or be integrated into the main timeline when the protagonist breaks the Sacred Timeline, depending on the situation.

As for characters like Mr. Negative appearing in the main MCU timeline without prior film appearances, it's simple to understand.

Just because they haven't appeared before doesn't mean they don't exist in the film universe.

Movies like Eternals, Shang-Chi, and other upcoming MCU works haven't been released yet, but within the established MCU world-building, these characters have always existed on this timeline—the films just haven't covered them yet.

The woman in all white walked up to the bar, sat down next to Su Quan, and nodded politely to the White Queen.

"Could I get something to drink?"

The White Queen looked at her, then poured a glass of wine.

"Thanks."

She took a sip and turned her head to look at Su Quan.

"I'm Silver Sablinova, leader of the Wild Pack. These are my team members. Our base is nearby, so I came over to say hello and build a good connection."

"You're the boss behind this place, right? What should I call you?"

Build a good connection?

Su Quan smiled. "Su Quan."

"From Huaxia?"

Silver switched to Chinese, her tone a bit off but her pronunciation spot-on.

Su Quan nodded, raising his glass with a smile. "Hello, friend from Sokovia."

Sokovia was a small European country north of the Balkan Peninsula, with a tiny total area and a population of just 1.5 million.

Silver was surprised he knew her country, which also meant he definitely knew about her and the Wild Pack.

"Is there a country called Latveria near your borders?"

Su Quan looked at her, feeling like he was waiting for a surprise to unfold.

Silver hadn't expected him to know about Latveria either. She nodded and said, "Latveria borders Sokovia, and our situations are pretty similar. During World War II, we allied to fight the Nazis together and successfully drove them back."

"The Wild Pack was originally founded to wipe out the remnants of the Nazis."

Latveria and Sokovia were both fictional European countries from the Marvel universe. Two tiny nations joining forces to defeat the Red Skull and his Nazis—it was pretty amazing, honestly.

Sokovia's claim to fame was Silver Sable and the Wild Pack. Yes, the silver-haired woman in front of him, Silver Sablinova, was Silver Sable.

Given her age, she clearly couldn't have fought in World War II.

As for Latveria, though it was as obscure as Sokovia, it was the homeland of Doctor Doom.

Compared to characters like Mr. Negative, who hadn't appeared in the Marvel Cinematic Universe either, he was easier to accept than Silver Sable or the possible Doctor Doom.

In the movie universe, Hulk's snap brought back half the population lost in the Blip. To help those who'd vanished for five years reintegrate into society, many relief organizations sprang up.

Aunt May volunteered at a relief group called F.S.H.

Coincidentally, in the comics, Aunt May had also joined a similar organization, and that group was founded by Mr. Negative.

Combining those facts, Su Quan wasn't surprised that Mr. Negative had applied to work at Nato Tong.

But Silver Sable had no basis or clues to suggest she existed.

Still—

The Eternals had lived on Earth for thousands of years.

The Chinese hero Shang-Chi and his father Wenwu, especially Wenwu, had also lived for millennia.

The second Black Widow, Yelena; the US Agent; the Black Captain America; the second Hawkeye; Ms. Marvel; Moon Knight; She-Hulk; Ironheart; Echo; and so on.

Some of these characters had already appeared, others hadn't.

Before Black Widow came out, Natasha never mentioned having a sister named Yelena.

Before Loki aired, no one knew about the Time Variance Authority or The Variant.

Before The Falcon and the Winter Soldier aired, who knew John Walker would briefly become Captain America and later the US Agent?

Step away from the movie universe's perspective.

Running into a character like Silver Sable, who hadn't been confirmed to exist in the movie universe before.

It was surprising, but it made perfect sense!
