So—

"You're not going to kill us?"

"Killing you? I can do that anytime!"

Su Quan's eyes flared, and a blazing red Heat Vision instantly seared through the rope binding Ward Meachum's wrists.

Ward Meachum flinched, stumbling back a few steps, eyes wide as he rubbed his wrist, which still tingled from the heat.

"You—" Joy Meachum started to gasp, but the same Heat Vision precisely burned through the rope on her hands.

That shut her mouth tight.

"If I don't see ten cargo ships of the same spec docked here in a month, clean yourselves up and wait to die."

"Any problems?"

"No, no problems, absolutely no problems!"

A sudden reversal, a narrow escape from death—Ward Meachum shook his head like a rattle-drum.

"Get lost."

Su Quan waved a hand, and Ward Meachum pulled his sister along, excited to leave.

Just as they opened the door, Ward Meachum hesitated, turned his head, and said, "Uh, this is my family's ship, I—"

"Hm?"

"I mean, could you let the others go too? We'll leave together, and it'll be safer."

"Get lost."

"Alright, alright, we're going."

Ward Meachum could tell Su Quan had agreed.

A dozen minutes later.

Ward Meachum, his sister, and the others who'd been locked up were herded off the cargo ship.

"What—what happened here?"

"Did a war break out?"

"No, I can't take it, ugh—"

The moment they stepped off, they were stunned.

The once flat, wide ground now had an inverted cone-shaped crater, with a few winding cracks and countless Bullets scattered nearby.

Hundreds of people, faces pale with fear, bodies trembling, silently moved horrific corpses that looked like they'd been sliced by something, not a word spoken.

The air reeked of gunpowder and burnt flesh, mixed with a faint sea stench—sharp, nauseating.

The siblings exchanged a glance, silently thinking of those crimson eyes.

It was him. He did it.

Who... who the hell is he?

Joy Meachum was still scared, but Ward Meachum's steady eyes flickered with a cunning glint.

Who he was didn't matter. What mattered was that he was strong—strong as a demon!

If they had him, those people gunning for their lives wouldn't be a threat anymore.

The group didn't dare breathe loud as they left the dock. Ward Meachum immediately contacted his father and told him what happened.

Not long after, a few private helicopters picked them up and flew them away from Madripoor, a place they'd never forget.

Meanwhile.

Having settled everything, Su Quan prepared to return to Nato Tong with the Female Winter Soldier.

Originally, he'd planned to bring back the Female Winter Soldier, the Monk Winter Soldier, and the Bearded Winter Soldier.

But there was still plenty to handle in Madripoor, and he needed hands, so he only brought the Female Winter Soldier back.

On top of that, the newly spawned serum—he gave two doses each to Dotty and the White Queen.

That should be enough for the start.

Nato Tong.

Su Quan and the Female Winter Soldier appeared on the third floor, in his room.

"Click!"

The light came on, brightness driving away the dark, and Su Quan felt a strange twinge of guilt.

This time, he'd been gone even longer than his last trip to The Boys' world, and he hadn't said goodbye before leaving.

Jessica was probably going to complain again.

Dropping his backpack, Su Quan led the Female Winter Soldier downstairs.

The lights were all off; Jessica and the Female were probably already asleep.

After settling the Female Winter Soldier in, Su Quan returned to his room and summoned Friday, briefly asking about business and how Mr. Negative was performing.

Business was lukewarm.

Nato Tong was still a new company, after all, without any celebrities or large corporations backing it. Even if many clients had business needs in this area, they'd wait and see for a while.

At the very least, they needed to believe Nato Tong had the capability to transport valuable items. Otherwise, if something got stolen or lost, even if compensation was paid, the item itself was gone for good.

Mr. Negative, on the other hand, was doing quite well—diligent, efficient, and sharp-minded.

He'd personally secured nearly a third of the business.

Come to think of it, he was probably the only one at Nato Tong right now with real social experience and ability.

The next morning, at dawn.

Su Quan found himself blocked at his room door by Jessica Jones, who stared at him without a word.

"Morning."

Su Quan tentatively greeted her, but Jessica Jones remained unmoved, still staring straight at him.

Playing the silent game, huh?

Fine.

"I'm going to buy a few oranges. You stay right here and don't move."

Su Quan teleported directly behind Jessica Jones.

What could Jessica Jones do?

She had no choice but to break character.

"What's with that woman?" Jessica Jones turned around, snorting coldly.

Su Quan shook his head with a smile.

"Your tone sounds like you caught me cheating. She's just like you and the Female—an employee I picked up. Later, I'll have her shadow you to learn the ropes."

"Oh, and she's got a lot of combat experience. If you want, you can pick up a few moves from her."

Jessica Jones curled her lip and muttered, "You sure know how to pick 'em."

Su Quan chuckled.

Of course I do. Don't you know I made my fortune by picking things up?

"How's Himiko doing? Can she communicate yet?"

Su Quan hadn't forgotten that the main reason for this long trip was to fix the Time Controller and tame Himiko.

PS: Chapter three is here. Wrote until 3:30 AM. Can't hold out anymore. Will keep writing after I wake up.

PS: Recommending my other works: "Marvel: King's Arrival," "The Vampire: Strongest Reaper," "Marvel: Door-Door Fruit," "American Comics: Strongest Villain," "KO Ranking: Strongest God of War," "I Have a Dimensional Street in Marvel," "Man in American TV: Spend Money to Get Stronger!"

In Himiko's room, an old bulky TV was playing the morning news.

Across from the TV, Himiko was bound in a humiliating pose by the Crimson Bands of Cyttorak.

A pair of jet-black eyes stared straight at the TV through her now-trimmed and washed hair.

Her once-grimy round face had become clean and adorable, making you want to give it a gentle pinch.

"You've worked hard."

Su Quan patted Jessica Jones on the shoulder.

Without them helping to clean her every day, Himiko, constantly restrained by the Crimson Bands of Cyttorak, could never have been this clean and fresh.

"If there's a way, cure her as soon as possible. Otherwise, just send her to the hospital for professional treatment. Seeing her like this makes us uncomfortable too."
