Ravonna stopped and reported in a loud voice.
She really knows how to toot her own horn, Sylvie gave her a sarcastic look, took a few steps forward on her own, and then stopped with a playful expression.
"After several twists and turns, you finally stand before us."
"Time criminal, before you meet your end, do you have anything to say?"
The topmost and leftmost Time Keepers spoke in turn, their voices sounding like something from a hearing aid, every sentence carrying a hollow echo.
Sylvie smiled. "Is this why you wanted to see me? To kill me? If so, please go ahead."
Sylvie wasn't scared at all, and even felt a little like laughing.
"Do it."
She tilted her head, presenting a picture of offering her neck for the execution.
The guardian on the right spoke, "Your bluffing poses no threat to us, time criminal!"
Do it?
Doing it was out of the question, absolutely impossible in this lifetime; she could only bluff and keep life going with her mouth.
Sylvie raised the corner of her mouth and said playfully, "No, I don't think that's what you think. I think you're terrified!"
"No, time criminal, you are too disappointing. Delete her."
The topmost guardian gave the order, and the two Time Guards stationed by the elevator neatly drew their pruning weapons and walked toward Sylvie.
Sylvie turned around and glanced sideways at Ravonna. "Is this your plan? Luring me in and then having more people bully my few? Heh, your enemies are more than just me; even if you kill me, you still won't be able to reverse your decline."
"Besides..."
"To kill me, these two aren't enough!"
As her voice fell, a short sword burning with flames abruptly appeared in Sylvie's hand—this was Kid Loki's Sword of Victory!
