Fujino pulled an umbrella from his Pocket Dimension and opened it. Ai Haibara nestled beneath it, reaching a finger out to touch the raindrops. A trace of complicated resentment tinged her even voice. "It's raining... Yesterday's forecast said it would be sunny today..."
"That's normal," Fujino grumbled. "Weather forecasts are never right. It's summer or autumn today, and the next thing you know, snow will be falling tomorrow."

Ai Haibara turned stiffly and saw a man in a gray trench coat and motorcycle helmet rush out of the nearby jewelry store, a
