Feng Xian first introduces Xuan Yi as an eighth-grade peak Alchemist, one of the three giants of the Pill Tower, and a difficult but valuable connection for Bai Xiaoran to establish 137. At Starfall Pavilion, she agrees to take Bai Xiaoran as her disciple after seeing Yao Chen's phantom and Bai Xiaoran's two Heavenly Flames, then brings him to the Pill Tower for intensive alchemy training 139.
