Mel approached the Primal Witch and unhurriedly took a token from his inventory.
Only four characters were engraved on the token: Primal Witch.
The Primal Witch's emotions surged again. Her rampaging magic power seemed ready to break free of the Golden Lamp's control, but in the end, her body merely trembled.
"Can we talk properly? I know that if you want to speak, the Golden Lamp alone can't completely stop you." Mel lightly pointed at the token in his hand.
He did not know whether this woman felt more love or more hatred for Carlos. A madwoman's thoughts could not be judged from a normal person's perspective.
But at present, the only person he could reach who might be able to contend with the strongest powers in the world was the Primal Witch.
For the time being, Mel had no way to defeat that red dragon. Even if he called people in to gang up on it, there was no chance of victory.
The Dragon Extinguishing Magic from ten thousand years ago might once have posed a tremendous threat to that dragon, but half a year had already passed. The red dragon had grown even stronger.
"You've met Carlos?"
Though she did not know why, the witch immediately thought of it. The jealousy and fury in her heart were suppressed by curiosity. She did not open her mouth, yet her voice reached Mel's ears.
This person before her clearly was not a long-lived race. He was merely a vampire transformed later in life, and his transformation definitely had not happened more than a hundred years ago.
She truly could not think of any reason. Could Carlos still be alive?
The witch stared fixedly at Mel through the golden barrier.
"Mm." Mel put the token in his hand back into his
