"Who's there? Show yourself!" Rakshasa demanded, gripping the Rakshasa Demon Scythe.
Ripples spread through the air.
Chains emerged from the ripples and shot toward her from every direction.
Rakshasa failed to dodge in time. The chains bound her tightly.
The moment they wrapped around her, she felt her Divine Power sealed. She could not even struggle.
Only then did Huo Yuhao drop his disguise. He stepped out of the temple's shadows and approached the Rakshasa God.
"You! Eternal God!" The Rakshasa God looked at Huo Yuhao in fear. Then realization struck her. "You schemed against my successor too."
"That's right. I did," Huo Yuhao admitted freely. "But you could also say you schemed against her first, and I merely undid it. Now, tell me about your relationship with the Shura God."
The Rakshasa God's gaze shifted away. "The Shura God and I don't have the kind of relationship you're imagining."
