"Human, you broke your word!"
Kurama's miserable cries echoed throughout the Back Mountain. It was a Tailed Beast; while it would not truly die, it could still feel pain. Every punch Naruto landed made Kurama's eyes sting, nearly bringing tears of Chakra to its eyes.
"Hmph, I, Naruto Uzumaki, always keep my word. I said I'd defeat you with one finger, and I did. I'm using my fists now because you've already been defeated. That doesn't violate my promise."
Naruto shook his head. He had not expected Kurama to accuse him of breaking his word. Angered, he kept raining punches down on Kurama.
Bang, bang, bang...
Although "Naruto Uzumaki" had retreated to the side, seeing Kurama in such a miserable state made his eyelid twitch. In the end, he could not help closing his eyes. He could not bear to watch any longer. After all, Kurama had been his companion through countless battles.
Still, "Naruto Uzumaki" felt fortunate. At least Naruto was beating up Kurama right now, not him.
Kurama, hang in there!
"Naruto Uzumaki" silently said in his heart.
"Are you begging for mercy?"
"No, never... If you've got the guts, let this old man go, and we'll have a proper battle."
This exchange had already gone on for over an hour.
Just when Kurama thought Naruto would never release it, Naruto actually withdrew his fist and removed his finger from Kurama's body. Standing there, he said, "Come on. I've let you go now. Show me what you can do."
Feeling completely unrestrained, Kurama was overjoyed. It scrambled up from the ground and said, "Witness this old man's consecutive Tailed Beast Bombs!"
With that, Kurama opened its mouth and made a strange sound:
"Bulu bulu, bulu bulu..."
A string of bubble-like Tailed Beast Bombs shot out of Kurama's mouth.
