Woooo~
The air-raid siren sounded.
It was the church's signal warning its followers to return immediately.
It foretold the imminent descent of the Inner World, when danger would fill everything beyond the church.
On his way to the hospital, Allen encountered a group of monsters surrounding him.
Zombie-like children, with sparks spilling from their eyes, ears, mouths, and noses, let out shrill, piercing cries.
Killed Ash Monster, Experience Points +200
After a bout of slaughter, he had dealt with several hundred Ash Monsters.
"I still prefer the bugs. There are plenty of them, and they're filling."
As he reached the hospital entrance, the metal plaque embedded in the wall beside the front doors caught Allen's attention again.
'Thanks to Villain Corp for its donation of medical equipment.'
"Villain... the company from Alien?"
Allen pushed up the nonexistent glasses on his nose and pondered, "There were signs for Raccoon City on the way here. Umbrella Corporation has to be involved."
Umbrella Corporation, Villain Corp, Osborn Industries...
"The world I came to doesn't just have DC and Marvel. It should be an American comic universe."
Allen rested his chin on his hand. "Once the timeline ends and I return, will it be the same timeline?"
"Doesn't matter. I'm in Gotham City. I'll just ask Batsy."
In the distance, church followers wrapped head to toe in sealed firefighter suits watched helplessly as their target entered the hospital.
These odor-blocking outfits greatly prevented the monsters from detecting and tracking them. As long as they did not recklessly enter marked forbidden zones, they could generally move around the Inner World.
And Silent Hill's most terrifying forbidden zone was Alchemilla Hospital, solely because Alessa's true body was hidden in the hospital basement.
"Come on, let's go. This guy's dead for sure."
"I've never seen anyone escape Pyramid Head."
The cultists had entered the hospital several times and had more or less figured out the monsters' traits.
The only truly terrifying presence was Pyramid Head, who could wander without restriction and hunt down living people who entered the hospital.
The dim, lightless hospital corridor was stained with blood everywhere, creating an atmosphere of horror and gore.
Allen headed straight for the elevator, intending to go directly to the basement where Alessa was.
His footsteps stopped.
At the stairwell ahead, a single leg was making a seductive motion.
For a moment, Allen's smile became so dazzling that even his gums showed.
"Long legs, don't run."
Who cared about Alessa? Could she possibly be more exciting than long legs?
Allen shouted and chased into the stairwell, then pounced and pinned down the monster that was trying to flee.
"Don't be shy. Turn your head around. Hehehe..."
After turning it over and over, he suddenly realized it was a four-legged monster.
He slashed out with his sword.
Killed Leg Model, Experience Points +250
Allen declared righteously, "I could tell at a glance that you weren't human."
Since he was already in the stairwell, he might as well skip the elevator.
Using his Grappling Hook Claws, he swung through the stairwell on his way down.
Before long, he reached the bottom floor. Swaying hanging lamps cast flickering light over the distorted nurses, who had already blocked the passage to the basement.
Allen took a step forward.
The sound of his footsteps made the nurses twitch and move.
It was as though the source of the sound was a switch that triggered the nurses' behavioral pattern.
"Swollen Face Nurses!"
They were monsters Allen had been longing for.
Every one of them had a Victoria's Secret model's figure. Their looks no longer mattered.
"Dance to my beat."
Allen walked while twisting his body.
One of the purposes of this trip was to have a dance battle with the Swollen Face Nurses.
What?
You wanted to see something lewd.
Allen said he was a beautiful person with a beautiful heart, one of the three beauties of Western youth. He had never liked adult websites since childhood; he just could not afford a membership.
The Swollen Face Nurses approached step by step, scissors and syringes in hand.
Allen continued posing seductively. "Follow my beat, baby."
At that moment, another figure appeared at the basement entrance.
It was a little girl with dirty, disheveled hair, staring at Allen with an incredulous expression.
Was he insane?!
You were dancing in a hospital. Did you have any respect for my feelings?
This was supposed to be a horror movie scene.
"I said follow my beat."

After the Swollen Face Nurses had all been slaughtered, Allen said aloofly, "This is what happens when you don't follow my beat."
"There's still one fish that slipped through the net."
When Allen saw Alessa at the doorway, he moved to harvest more Experience Points.
"Don't come over! Who are you?"
Alessa shouted anxiously.
There was no reasoning with a madman. If he really killed one of her incarnations, it would take considerable power to form another one. That would reduce her control over Silent Hill to its lowest point.
"You can communicate. I'm Allen."
"Alessa."
Smack!
The next second, Allen strode up and slapped her across the face.
Alessa's head buzzed as she stood there in utter confusion, her eyes innocent. "What did I do? Why did you hit me?"
"Are you called Alessa?"
"Yes."
"Do you control Silent Hill?"
"Yes."
"Then I hit the right person." Allen said righteously, "As a dungeon NPC, shouldn't you have come out immediately to give me a quest? Instead, I had to come to you to accept one. I'm leaving you a bad review afterward."
"..."
What was he talking about? Why could she not understand a single word?
Alessa's gaze grew increasingly innocent. This time, she had encountered a real lunatic. At the very least, he looked far crazier than the cultists.
Although her true body was protected by Samael's power, that did not stop a lunatic from doing something else.
For example, hoo-ha...
Inside the basement.
Beside a hospital bed enclosed by isolation plastic sheeting, a female nurse in a red sweater was sobbing in grief.
The young nurse Lisa had merely taken one curious glance, only to end up with eyes that could no longer see.
Hyah!
Aah...
Lisa was recalling her tragic past when a sudden pain shot through her waist, sending her flying uncontrollably through the air.
Allen, who had just entered, had sent her flying with a leaping kick.
"Why did you kick her?" Alessa asked in surprise and confusion.
This lunatic acted without any pattern. She was genuinely worried he would do something excessive.
Lisa clutched her aching waist. Her pair of bleeding, hollow eyes looked toward him, her expression aggrieved as though she too wanted to know why.
"Because she wouldn't look at me properly."
Allen guiltily looked at the ceiling, refusing to admit that he had mistaken her for a red-clothed fierce ghost and attacked first.
That only made Lisa feel even more wronged.
Not look at you properly? First of all, I need to have eyes.
"What are you trying to do?"
Alessa watched Allen approach the hospital bed nervously, already preparing to summon Pyramid Head to protect her true body.
"You're really pretty," Allen said sincerely.
"Pretty!?"
The corner of Alessa's mouth twitched. She had replayed every possible outcome in her mind, yet she had never expected him to compliment her.
"Mm... wrapped up like a mummy, you have the kind of beauty that doesn't care whether anyone else lives or dies," Allen stated his true thoughts.
Pfft!
That one sentence made the aggrieved nurse Lisa laugh.
Then she laughed even more horribly than she cried, while Alessa looked at her with eyes filled with killing intent.
She was done for. Totally screwed.
"State your purpose. My patience has reached its limit."
Alessa did not believe his nonsense about accepting quests. If he could not give a reasonable explanation, she could summon monsters to deal with this stranger at any moment.
