Looking at the Desert City below, so utterly different from those in the Quicksand Domain, Chen Cheng saw that although chaos still reigned outside the city, good order prevailed within its walls.
He could even see mortal enemies outside the city shaking hands and making peace the instant they entered, not daring to stir up any major conflict.
