Li Wei made a grasping motion with one hand, and X24 was immediately seized in midair. No matter how he struggled or roared, he was as helpless as a fish stranded on shore.
Li Wei gauged the other's weight. Based on his build and muscle mass, he was more than twenty pounds heavier than a normal person of the same size.
That was probably the extra weight from the secondary Adamantium skeleton in his body. The stuff was extremely dense.
But he weighed far less than Wolverine. From Li Wei's earlier observations, Wolverine was at least around a hundred pounds heavier than other adult men of the same build.
Clearly, X24 had been modified far less extensively than Wolverine. Perhaps it was because his healing factor was too weak.
After all, without a sufficiently strong healing factor, no one could withstand the toxicity of secondary Adamantium.
While restraining him, Li Wei used his telepathy, wanting to see what else X24 knew.
But he was soon deeply disappointed to discover that X24's mind was nearly blank. Other than an obsession with fighting and killing, he only remembered one doctor—Sandor Reis. The man was Akali's leader, and X24 normally obeyed only his orders.
That doctor, however, had just been blown into chunks of flesh by an RPG, currently spread rather evenly across roughly two hundred square feet of ground.
After confirming that, Li Wei pinned X24 in place with Psychokinesis and attacked with Cyclops's eyes.
Secondary Adamantium was said to be indestructible and capable of cutting through anything. Apart from Wolverine's True Adamantium, nothing on Earth could compare to it.
Li Wei had no desire to test that personally. There was simply no need!
Soon, amid X24's agonized roars, Li Wei cleanly severed his limbs, stripping him of the ability to resist.
